The customer experience was worth the drive to this dealership (DeMontrond Mazda on Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX) after talking to Kenny on the phone we explain in detail what car we were interested in (2023 Mazda Miata MX-5 RF). What features: fuel economy, power retractable hardtop roof, Carplay, heated seats, rain sensing windshield wipers, and color (Platinum Quartz Metallic exterior with Terracotta Nappa Leather Interior). Kenny was very professional and listened to our needs and didn't force his opinions or what car we should get. He was transparent telling us they didn't have a hardtop that specific color on the lot, but one was in transit to the dealership, and we could stop by and view the features and the color on the ones that they did have. We decided to drive to Demontrond Mazda at Webster, TX. When we arrived, Kenny had several cars lined up for us to test drive. No hassle or run around. Kenny took the time to go over the features and over the timeline of the arrival of color we wanted. Kenny sat down with us and had great customer communication and price transparency. He also kept us informed all the way about the timing of our car’s arriving. When the car arrived, he called us and said your car has arrived and is ready to go home. We highly recommend Kenny Froisy, he is very trustworthy, transparent, and professional.

I am very pleased with my Rogue. It is a 2019 that I purchased with 13K. I think the styling is very good and the interior is roomy. I'm 6' and my brother is 6-2 and we both have plenty of headroom in the front or the back. The turning radius is very good. Only downside (which I don't care about) is the acceleration is only mediocre. Overall, highly recommended.

My salesperson Steven Baker.. He was the best. My purchase was done over the phone. Everything went smooth. We flew in to Houston. Made it to the dealership. Was at the dealership maybe 30 min. I have always liked Nissan cars since I was a kid. Now that I’m an older man my love for this brand has gotten stronger. Very reliable, great on gas and very spacious. I would highly recommend you buying a Nissan Rogue for your next SUV. I also think that car dealerships don’t get the recognition that they need in order to draw in customers. The People who are quick to write a negative review on a car or car dealership is because either they didn’t do their research or just want to buy a car. Stop do your research and make the best educated decision you can before committing. I did and I’m very happy with my choice.

Great car and great service. The quality of the service rep. Was superior, he whet about and beyond to provide excellent customer service. What I really liked was when I brought my car in, he addressed my issue immediately.

We now have 80,000 miles on it. No problems except I have to keep resetting the hatch, it doesn't want to close by the switch sometimes. Seats are very comfortable even the rear seating. On trips average 33 mpg driving on the interstate. We like over our RAV4 we had.

Very professional, great group. Last Tesla I bought was purchased from a group that sells 50-65 teslas a month (idrive in Carrolton tx). Auto Boutique surprised me, and managed a Tesla sale like a group that sells 10x more of these technically challenging vehicles. They got the car added to my Tesla app quickly and I left the dealership able to supercharge and drive 6 hours to my home. The young guys ( Ethen Beck and Enrique Ovalles) were very Tesla literate. I'm a contributor to a tesla owners forum and have over 4 million content views, so I'm not a Tesla Newbie. I have a 2016 model s p85, a 2021 model y dual motor, and now a 2021 refresh model s long range to replace the aging ap1 car. These guys had the recurrent battery report in addition to the carfax so I could skip checking the battery. Staff went into service mode and we checked the error log. They got an update to post before adding the car and so I drove off in great shape!
