Our 2011 Nissan Versa was included in the defective airbag recall. Stratham Nissan provided us with a 2017 Nissan Juke to drive for 3 months while waiting for our car's recall parts. The recall work was recently completed on the Versa. While our car was at the dealership, Emily in the Service Dept. made sure that our car was in good, safe operating condition. The car badly needed an interior detailing job due to my son's serious health conditions. She made sure that got done. The car looked like new inside and smelled 1,000% better than before. The exterior was given a wax job that definitely improved the overall look of the car. Mr. Savage, the Service Dept. manager, was also helpful in getting our car a complete evaluation for any mechanical or safety concerns. Emily was key in helping us prioritize the few things that needed attention. All in all, this was the most pleasant and thorough visit to a dealership service dept. that I have ever had in my entire 45 years of car ownership. We hopefully will be returning to Stratham Nissan within the year to purchase one of their premium used or new cars for our son. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting true personal service for their vehicle.
