Service is clean, the service reps are sharp and professional. Wonderful service!!! Raymond Tipps is definitely an asset to the Don Davis team! But, there needs to be more training in regard to some of the features of the vehicles on the sales side. A huge selling point for me was emergency services through NissanConnect. The salesman told me the 2018 Murano I was considering had the option. A week after I purchased the vehicle, I called NissanConnect to subscribe to the service, only to find my vehicle was not equipped. I travel on business to NM often, and my husband and I needed the security of knowing I would have help immediately if something happened. I called to see if it was possible to add the hardware to have the service or trade the vehicle in on another that was equipped and pay the difference. I tried to communicate with two sales managers: one, I could not get a response, waiting a week. The second one requested the salesman call me back, which he did. I drove to the dealership and asked to speak to the general manager, and was directed to two of the sales managers/salesman, one whom I spoke with beforehand. By the end of the conversation, I found they were not knowledgeable of the NissanConnect services. In the end, they found the Platinum edition is the only Murano to have the emergency services option. Please be aware and make sure you test all of the options they say is on the vehicle. Now, I am not covered in case I have an issue on the long stretch of highway traveling to New Mexico. Mistakes happen and mis-communication does as well, but this was a huge selling point for me. The salesman is only as good as the management, so blaming the salesman is not justifiable. He was a gentleman, absolutely professional, and I would recommend him to anyone. This is our third vehicle we have purchased from Don Davis, and the two previous times were absolutely wonderful. James Whitehouse was great!!
