Shawn Becton and Chris Blanchard are very helpfull and understanding and mindful of the situation we have bought like 11 cars from them made the mistake of purchasing one car somewhere else never again thanks guys you go above and beyond!
I experienced that some repairs are not corrected on first visit to dealership. Recently, my car was in second time for same AC unit problems. I was told the diagnosis was different this time-$$$. The other problem is that car randomly hesitates to start. The problem of.random starts is back.again. It has been less than 2 weeks since repairs were completed.
Since my credit was not so good, I made an appointment with their special Finance Manager named Ron. He picked me up from Bart on the vehicle he got me an approval on. It's not my dream car but a 2015 Nissan Altima drives like a dream to me. If you have a similar situation please stop by and ask for Ron Vidal. He definitely knows what he is doing and has a lot of positive energy which makes you feel good. Other dealers I went to, changed their attitude right away when I told them about my bad credit situation. Thank you Ron, I will send you all my friends and family.
The first time I bought a car (not from CarMax) it was a terrible experience and I was stuck with a hunk of junk that was worth far less than what I owed. CarMax made me an amazing offer for it, and helped me pick a the SUV of my dreams that was within my means! Affordable, beautiful quality, it looks and smells BRAND NEW - no one would ever suspect it was used!! The buying process was so simple and quick. My sales guy, Scottie, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He didn’t put on any pressure, made everything extremely easy to understand, and let me take my time! I am just so impressed and happy with my experience. When it is time for another upgrade, I will certainly be going back to check out what’s on their lot FIRST before anywhere else! If you’re looking to upgrade your car and/or sell your car definitely GO TO CARMAX!!!!!!

Always went to CarMax. Not again. Bottom line. All was set. Had to drive forever to get down payment at bank and just made it to bank in time. Go back and all changed. So furious. They said good news and bad. Umm no good news at all they made a mistake with warranty on old car which drastically changed terms. No phone call or sorry. Just nothing. Wasted time and energy. HUGE discouragement for anyone.
I spent time with Dan and he was attentive to my needs and concerns. When a situation came up he fielded the problem expertly. I will be back.
