I would like to say this was my first car experience and it could not have been any better. Sade was awesome to work with. She knew what she was doing, she knew what I was looking for and worked to get that vehicle for me. I would recommend her. She is very motivated and you can tell she loves her job.

I originally came in to ask about the new 2019 RAV4, for which little information had been disseminated to the dealers by that time. The only thing of which they were certain was the late December release date. Warren took the opportunity to tell me about the deals going on for the 2018 RAV4. I am no fan of the exterior styling of this generation, but Warren found me one that not only was colored to minimize the aspects of the body that bother me, but also include the things I was seeking in a new vehicle (AWD, better gas mileage, upgraded safety and technology features, etc.). He was able to answer my questions and had a much-appreciated sincerity. The last thing I wanted was to feel manipulated by a slick-talking salesman and Warren was the perfect salesman to deal with me. Overall, a pleasant buying experience and I am becoming happier with my purchase with each mile.

So this review is about 9 months late but hey, better late than never. I bought my 2014 Ram 2500 here in April of 2017. Brad, Tony and Adam are superstars. They are honest, they aren't pushy and the finance team is awesome. I got an incredible deal on a truck that is literally in showroom new condition. The entire process was fast and painless. These guys are GREAT. If you're looking for a great used car, there's just no other place to go. They've earned my business, my loyalty, my respect and my gratitude. Music City Autoplex is the standard by which all others should be judged.

They had it in stock gave an Amazing deal with a Lease to buy options at a payment that was lower that I expected with out any problems. Was looking at a Camaro convertible that they had advertised and asked for quote. All I got was the run around with requesting more personal info at this point that I was comfortable with. All I wanted was to see had firm their price was, of so what could we do. So no deal was made or offered. Waste of time.
