A bit different than the atypical dealership being in the middle of a large and busy city, but that doesn't stop the customer service from shining through. I'd highly recommend for purchase of a new or used vehicle.

My wife needed a smaller SUV with AWD for our nasty winters and drive a Nissan Juke in the past. She loves her Rogue Sport! It's the perfect size for her and she feels safe driving it in deep snow. Since she's petite, the electronic seats boosts her up to a comfortable level.
Hyundai of Serramonte has a great staff. They were nice and not too pushy! They made us feel comfortable and relaxed. They were very understanding of our situation and were willing to work with us. They went above and beyond normal expectations. Overall, the best experience I have had at a car dealership!

The front window panels are in the way of my vision and makes it really hard to turn the corner in my parking garage. It needs to be moved.
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.
THis is perhaps the best of the Rogue Line

Great Fuel Economy, Great Comfort. Very good looking car. This is the SL with all of the options. Navigation could be better, but, I think that is the same with most. It has all of the latest safety features, including accident avoidance, and it is just a great car. I expect it to last as long, and be just as reliable as our previous Rogue SL was (2008).
The sales person on the phone was pleasant and curious, however they did NOT have the car I was looking for so no sale was made

Car is very nice for a used car, missing antennae which wasn't disclosed at time of sale, also has a glitch in the computer that monitors tire pressure. Dealer Hgreg said they wouldn't fix it because cars are sold as is. We weren't advised what exactly the "as is" condition was. Good price and customer service was so so
Although I havent bought the car from them but i liked the overall process and prompt reaponses from shift sf. They brought the veichle to my door but i could not able to meet due to an emergency. This was handled very politly by the driver and appreciate it. Thanks

The car has plenty of get up and go. The first tank of gas is averaging 29 mpg. It carried 5 with no problem. The cost was good for an SUV
We purchased our 2nd Hyundai from Serramonte Hyundai. Our salesman was Sean Barton. He was very knowledgeable about the cars we test drove. After returning many times to look at the cars, we decided on the 2017 Elantra. It has a great warranty which is why we purchased a Hyundai again. The Elantra also gets very good gas mileage. We are very happy with the service we received from Sean Barton and the rest of the sales team at Serramonte Hyundai.

The SUV met my criteria based on price and comfort. It rides well and it the driver side seating is very comfortable. Looking forward to enjoying the car for several years.
I'm a first time buyer and I had the best experience purchasing a car with Jian. I've been to many dealerships and have found most of the car dealers pushy, but not at all with Jian. He was absolutely GREAT! He understood what I was looking for and was extremely patient and accommodating the whole way through. I'm already planning on making my next purchase from him! This car had everything I was looking for...
AWD, great gas mileage, sporty design, Nissan dependability, Heated seats, amazing value. I also drove the Murano but the Rogue is a perfect fit for me.
Excellent customer service.they are couteous and efficient.went home with the new car within a day. Denzo the director and Ben the senior financial manager accomodate us.Denzo even help me beyond what is expected of him like helping me with my personalize plate number.Thet treated us dinner too because we end up the transactions at 6pm
The absolute best experience - Denzo was absolutely upfront and honest and even when I thought all was lost, he figured it out so that it all worked within my budget. I now am driving the car that I wanted!!
