The entire buying process took about three hours and 15 minutes from the moment I entered the dealership for the first time to driving home with a new car for my daughters. Jeannie and Dominic worked closely and frankly with me to talk through my interests and needs between the trade in, desired monthly payment range, and valuation for both vehicles. Negotiations were handled quickly and reasonably after we exchanged full information. Ray in Finance got me a full percent lower from my credit union even after the initial offer and acceptance was reached. That was real money! The whole team (including Malik for my insurance change) were very warm and easy going. It was probably the best buying experience in the dozen plus car purchases I’ve made over the years. I came in for a new clutch. The service dept. person I spoke to was more than fair. He told me the repairs was more than the value of the car. I decided to buy a new car. My experience was amazing, Danille Mosley, Steffon Rogers, and Joe, made my New car Purchase a SMOOTH and EXCITING one. It truly was a NO HASSLE transaction. Customer service fed me Pop Corn (My favorite). My appt was 1 o'clock and 2:30 I had keys in my hand. They gave me the car, price and Monthly payments I wanted. This is as GOOD as it gets. John B's customer service was excellent. John went the extra mile to get the deal and the car I wanted. Everybody at Bob Bell was nice and respectful. John showed me the perfect car. I will definitely refer my friends and family to shop with John and Bob Bell Nissan.
With the service being more than a couple hours, someone took me home, and picked me up. The drivers were courteous, and the service people, were knowledgeable, and respectful. I have bought my past four vehicles there, and they have a customer for life.
My sales associate was Jordan Bates. Upon meeting Jordan, he greeted us and apologized about being a little late. He had a customer he was assisting before us and their appointment went a little longer than expected. Jordan made us very comfortable immediately; he asked if we needed anything such as beverages or anything else to ease this process. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I inquired about and soon asked me if I wanted to test drive the vehicle. While driving, he told me more about the features of the vehicle, and had great general conversations. Normal car salesmen try to force me to buy a vehicle I inquire about; but Jordan did not do that at all. I did not feel pressured to buy the car. He was also able to get me the rate I wanted regarding this car. I would definitely refer him to family and friends who are looking for a new vehicle.
I worked with John Massaqoui who was the best salesman I ever had. He was straight to the point and did not play the old sneaky car salesman. He researched the absolute best deal for my unfortunate situation and for that i am more than thankful.
