After spending the first half of the day having an awful experience with a local dealer, I looked online and I found the specific car I wanted at the Don Franklin dealership. It was an hour and a half away from where we lived. Not wanting to waste the miles or their time, I called to see if they could get me the car at the price I wanted. After 15 minutes total they had met my price point and a statement was being emailed to lock in the price. I was beyond impressed with Jon Berry who helped us with the entire process. He was no nonsense and upfront about everything. We called on the drive there and he had everything ready when we arrived. The entire process there took an hour. We left with the exact car I wanted at an even lower monthly payment then I asked. Very impressed with this dealership and we would drive an hour and a half again for our next one.
The overall experience at Don Franklin Nissan was excellent. I purchased a new 2017 Nissan Murano and I could not be happier with the excellent service and the overall buying experience at this dealership. The sales associate you helped me was Greg and he was awesome. He went above and beyond to make sure the deal went through the same day. I would highly recommend Greg and Don Franklin Nissan to all!!!!
From the day I purchased my Xterra right to today, picking it up from a collision repair, I have had the best customer service from any dealer I've ever done business with. Quality repair work and bonus surprise to find every inch of the inside of the car cleaned. Wow!! You never see extras like that any more. Sales and Service people are top notch. Waiting room always super clean and stocked with goodies and drinks. I would highly recommend this dealership. I'm very impressed with every aspect of their customer service.
Bought a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport at Gezon Motors and Bill Gezon was wonderful with the sale. My family also purchased vehicles from Bill . The service department is terrific too! I recommend Bill Gezon to my friends if there in the market for a new or used vehicle!
Dave went above and beyond to ensure the service experience was a positive one. He was very informative and communicative during the entire repair. The repair was significant and took longer than expected. Dave made arrangements for a loaner car so I would not be inconvenienced. Thank you Dave!
If you want things done right at Nissan please go to Phi Phi. He is the best. I went o Nissan on a day Phi Phi wasn???t there and what a waste of a trip. The guy did nothing for me. If Phi Phi ever left Nissan I would never come back. They need more people like him who care about the customer.
My experience with the sales person Chris was excellent. The finance people however changed the price I agreed to. I signed a paper on the floor, but when the papers were presented to sign the price was much higher. I noticed it and complained. They said there was a ???mistake??? on the previous quote. Well if there was a mistake they should have been open about it. I think it was a bait and switch The paperwork is confusing and they clearly changed the numbers by $6000 between what they agreed to on the floor and what they presented in the office to sign.
Awesome!! I have chosen Pearson for over 10 years! Shout out to my boy Al Jay!! My car needs lots of work its over 10 years old! The willingness to work with me and write me a service plan really helped me out.
We purchased a car there previously and returned because we were very happy the first time. Very pleasant experience. Salesperson went out of his way (Clayton Elliott) and actually came home with us to pick up one of our trades and so we could bring the new car home and not have to go back. Very professional. Fabio in Finance Dept. is great. Dave Ridgway is excellent at what he does. Very pleasant experience and will return for future purchases. Have recommended several neighbors who love our car. By the way we love our new Rogue. Second one we have owned. Way to go Pearson Nissan.
Came in to replace battery and service rep or supervisor, (not really sure), was very quick and courteous. I was out with only 15 minutes or so. I love how you don???t need to make any appointments for any service.
Highly recommend for a long distance purchase. Was the easiest and quicker purchase I have ever had, lots of deals and inventory to choose from.
