I recently went in to look at used cars at Nissan North. I am just starting to look and wanted to test drive a car on my lunch break. I contacted them through cars.com and received a text within an hour. They had the car pulled up ready to test drive since I was limited to my lunch break that day. Seth helped me out. He was knowledgeable about the car despite it not being a Nissan and was not overly pushy. I took a test drive and we discussed financing options. I have not purchased a car yet, but I plan to keep looking at their used car inventory until they have exactly what I am looking for. Thank you!
We had a successful shopping experience at Nissan North. The Sales Rep. Gabe Johnson was excellent and the other team members were also hospitable and friendly. We also got the paper work done in a very timely manner. I liked the cleanliness of the Dealership and the seating area for the customers.
Hands down by far the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Seth Monroe made this easy, exciting, and worry free. I live 8 hours away so everything had to be done over the phone which was amazing dealing with our differences in schedules. Seth was so nice and not once made me feel pressured in any way. He was straight up all the time and answered all of my questions no matter how many I had. Seth looked after my car until it was shipped which made me feel good knowing he was seeing everything through all the way until I received the car. Amazing dealership and staff. Highly recommend Nissan North and ask for Seth!

Yea they work with you on your payments as long as you keep in touch with the dealership. Also help you leave there with a car. Really love the energy in there. Lol just say they stay true with you on helping you.
Found the vehicle we were looking for online. Stopped in before work for a test drive, Mike Banton helped us. No pressure, super friendly and helpful. Put a deposit down on the car and came back a couple days later to process the paperwork. Everything went great, no problems. Mike made this the best car buying experience of all time. If you are looking for a car, stop in and see Mike!!! he will treat you right.
We were a bit worried about the whole negotiation process but things went really well. We were given one offer, told them where we needed to be, they matched our budget and off we went filling out paperwork. Mike (Sales), BJ (Finance) Dan (Customer Service, and Dillon (Mechanic) were all fantastic to work with.

I walked in to the showroom expecting it to be the first of many dealerships I walked into on my search for a new vehicle. The sales person assigned to me was Jamie Guthmann. She started with a strong handshake and nothing but honesty, as she helped me narrowed the search for my new Altima. I am a salesman, and being sold isn't something easy to do to me. I had done my research ahead of time and Jamie helped me pick out the car and get the deal I was looking for. It ended up being an Altima SR Midnight. At this point I will go back to Jamie at Germain for my next car.
I was so impressed with Jamie and Germain. When my son asked where I thought he should go for a new car. I told him call Jamie. He has since purchased a new Altima from her as well!!
This was my first time going car shopping alone. Jamie Guthmann made this experience non-stressful! She helped me online even before I got to the car lot, she even had the car I was looking for pulled up and ready for a test drive when I arrived! I did not feel pressured to purchase at any time. was treated fairly and respectfully - Heather was excellent at answering questions and knowledgeable about the truck and dealership. She helped make my children happy which made the process smoother as well.
I did not expect to purchase a new car, as I was still shopping around, but the process was so easy and painless that I went for it. Everyone was so friendly and helpful (Samantha was awesome!) that I felt at ease. I will certainly purchase my next car at Ricart!
