Buying a car is never easy I actually hate dealing with salespeople all they care about is themselves, that was until I came to Autofair Nissan of Chelmsford. I'm not going to lie I'm not the easiest guy to deal with , but the salesman Rithy Poth I worked with went out of his ways to show me the right car for my budget. He explained why this was the car I was looking for, understood my needs and saved me a ton of money in doing so. There wasn't all that back and forth he explained everything in easy to understand terms not the Car Lingo I'm so used to hearing when I go and buy a car somewhere else. This young man is very down to earth and will help you in anyway shape or form. I'll be sending all of my friends and family his way from now on he's my go to guy.

Two things I hate most is shopping for a new car and phone. Coastal Nissan made the car shopping very pleasant. Lance and Tommy, took the time to go over the car I was purchasing in great detail. Sean in financial was efficient, friendly and helpful. George in the service department was also very friendly and accommodating. What a fantastic team.
I will definitely go back to Coastal when we need a new car. I love my 2017 Rogue.
Car shopping has always been taxing, but working with Lance Ward and the team at Coastal Nissan truly changed that experience for my family. My husband, our 7 year old son and I visited the dealer on two occasions before deciding on a purchase. During each visit Lance spent numerous hours with us going over options on the different vehicles we were interested in, as well as pricing/financing options available to us. There was zero pressure, 100% transparency in the process and price, and none of that typical old school car salesmen foolishness. The gentleman who worked on the financing part for the deal for us was super-efficient, friendly and thoughtful and got us a great rate with a local bank. I’m confident I got an excellent deal on my new car and the fabulous service we received throughout the process was just the icing on the cake. I had an excellent experience buying a used vehicle from Coastal Auto Center. My salesman, Lance Ward, arranged a test drive. I really liked the Nissan Altima and found the " no surprise price" to be fair. Lance showed me the Carfax and told me about some recent repairs made to the car. There was no haggling involved and Lance gave me a very generous allowance for my trade. Linda, the friendly office manager, helped with the paperwork and I was out the door with my new car in a few hours. Hassle free and great people to deal with.
I want to start by saying that dealing with Coastal Nissan and in particular, Lance Ward, changed my perspective on buying a car. Over the time of my life I have purchased a few cars with different dealerships. I have never gone back to the same place twice nor have I ever referred to family or friends. That is all going to change. Not only was my experience so good I will not only refer, return or give a good review but I will encourage people to go. They were all very professional. Between the Norwell and Cohasset sites, I was treated with the utmost respect and dignity. It seemed as if they went above and beyond what they needed to. Overall I felt they cared what they were doing and I will definitely purchase another car from them when need be. I will deal with anyone there but Lance is going to be my first choice. I recommend Howie the manager of Boch Nissan. He is very friendly, and professional. He is a guy you want to buy a car from. The salesperson JP is a very nice person as well. I will buy a car from these guys in a heart beat again !

I went to Boch Nissan to look at a few cars and being leery about buying a new or used car because of my previous experiences, I expected to be treated the same. This was not the case. Everyone was very polite and friendly. They actually listened to my concerns and needs. Ian Swenson is the Sales Manager to first greet and assist me. After asking me a few questions he directed me to one of his salesmen, which was very informative as well. I ended up buying a car which I did not expect! I am definitely sending everyone there and returning for future purchases as long as they stay running this way!!!

Tony Harris in service is amazing to work with. I never feel pressured to pay for something I don't need. Said my air filter needed changing, but was upfront and honest that it was something I could do myself for allot less money. Tony is very knowledgeable and always clearly shows me all the things that could be done to my car for service, but breaks it down into "Needs to be taken care of" and "Can wait" or "optional". Always makes sure my car is ready by the time I need to be out of there (to go pick up kiddo from school). Goes the extra mile with little things like helping me take my kids car seat out of my car when I need to switch to a rental. Tony understands that buying a new set of tires is a big expense and I might need to consult with my spouse. Doesn't pressure me to buy the tires from them, just wants me to get a good deal anywhere I can find one. Can't say enough about the entire service department. Super clean and I never mind hanging around in their comfortable lounge area. One day I brought my salad for lunch to each while I was waiting, but i forgot a fork :( The receptionist gave me and extra plastic one that she had brought for lunch so I could still eat my salad. All the little things everyone does here to help the customers adds up to make coming here to buy a car or use the service department a great overall and non-stressful experience. Would highly recommend!
Received 2016 Maxima Brake recall. Called to make appointment on Friday, was able to get vehicle in on Monday morning. Great service again, Received call from Emily before noon that the car was completely checked out and no service was required per the recall. They vacuumed interior (and did a great job). Emily told me that my tires were going to need to be replaced soon which I was unaware of so thank you again Emily. It's always a pleasure going to AutoFair Nissan. Emily and Jim are so welcoming and they always make you feel like you are part of the family. With all the customers that they have, and only going in to see them every 6 months, they know your name and make you feel like you are the only customer they have.
