Stumbled upon this Nissan dealer after a few failed attempts with other dealers. Was greeted with positivity, smiles, and the attention and support that I needed. One of the sales people, Ed, worked tirelessly for hours showing me different cars and finally found me a car that best suited my needs: low mileage, the color I wanted, and the style I requested, while being extremely generous with my trade in. Couldn't have asked for a better salesperson and dealer. Will definitely be recommending this to all I know and returning for more cars!
I had the most amazing experience at hudson Nissan...everyone was so nice..when you go to buy a car its always a stressful situation..and i most say there was no stress involved at all..joe came highly recommended and went above and Beyond to make this purchase very easy for us..I was so pleased we all the help and advise that joe gave to my husband and i, also gary was super too and his knowledge of cars made this a easy decision ...i would advise anyone that is looking for a car or suv new or used leased or finance...come to hudson nissan...you wont be disappointed...we traveled from the bronx and couldnt be happier...driving out today in our new 2018 Nissan Rogue sv..thanks to joe and gary

Such a good overall experience at Hudson Nissan. Gabriel was my salesman and he greeted me right way and listened to all my requirements and was very helpful. He made my buying experience actually fun and I can tell he knew exactly what he was talking about. If I would suggest a salesmen it would be Gabriel, great salesmen and an all around great guy.
I came in to lease a Rogue not really knowing what to expect but hopeful considering the good reviews that Nemet has. Thankfully I had a great experience. From the service to the price I paid, I'm absolutely satisfied. When I walked in, Charlie was right there to greet my wife and I. He sat us down and listened to what exactly we were looking for as well as what we were looking to do. He gave us a run down of the Rogue along with a nice test drive. When we got back we got started on paperwork after agreeing on a price and from there it was essentially a hop skip and a jump into our new Rogue. It was far more pleasant and timely than I ever expected and we thank both Charlie and Nemet Motors for their wonderful service!
This was my second time visiting Nissan of Hawthorne. The first experience was subpar- but this second visit is what prompted me to write this review.
Many months ago I expressed my interest in purchasing a new car. The reasoning was because I had a bad taste of my previous car-buying experience and wanted to start fresh. I didn't know why I was paying the amount I was paying and I just felt uncomfortable the whole time. I was referred back to the sales department to Bader.
Not only was Bader welcoming and knowledgeable, but he made me feel like I wasn't just another sale. I was a person with an experience he wanted to improve. I gave him my background of my car-buying experience and he ensured me he would do everything he could to get me the best deal.
He was very transparent about the price of the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. He gave me the breakdown of everything. He didn't do anything without me giving him the OK first. This was a huge aspect for me. Before, I felt like I didn't matter. But this time, I was in total control.
Working with Bader was Ahmed. He told me all the specs about the car, answered any and all of my questions, and was super personable from the moment I walked through the door. He listened to all of my awkward rants with a smile on his face. He personalized my experience so much that I felt like I left with a new friend! I could have not asked for a better sales experience with these two individuals. Please-- asked for Ahmed and Bader when you walk through the door. You will NOT regret it!
After that process, I was sent to see the finance guy. Previously, I felt like I was signing my name for hours on end. This time, Enrique made the process SIMPLE and TRANSPARENT. I was in there no longer than 5 minutes.
Overall--the new management at Nissan of Hawthorne blew me away with its kindness, patience, and knowledge. I am so pleased with my purchase that I will continue to go to this dealership for life!
Stopped by dealership to check out the cars. Manager Chris offered to find me a car and requested a deposit. I paid. He didn???t find me a car within the period we agreed on and I requested refund. The agent was instructed by Chris to fill out the paperwork and promised that I will get the refund within 7 business days. It???s 14 days since then, I contacted them again and they promised to check, but still no refund. I only wish that I checked their reviews before I went there. Only 2 stars out of 5. *** Today is a happy day for me - finally got the refund. I want to thank Samantha who helped me. She was very efficient, professional and polite.
Hafiz was my salesman and he made it so effortless to buy a car. He worked the numbers and helped me in my research and you can reach out to him even after buying a car for any concerns or questions. Everyone in the dealership was helpful and clearly a tight knit group. It was my first Subaru and surely not my last but I know where to go when I'm buying again. Would suggest this place and Hafiz to anyone.
Nissan City has fully lived up to its advertising claims – and the claims are far from modest. I’ve gotten two new cars from them over the years. I’ve either dealt directly with or met a number of their staff. They are honest, professional, and down to earth. There is no pressure to buy and purchasing is a straight forward and a pleasant experience. They don’t play games with numbers or your head. Their only trickery is to create a return customer out of you. The service department, particularly Service Adviser John, could not be more personable, knowledgeable, or conscientious. He treats you like you drive a Rolls, and the mechanics are the best. Steven Vazquez, now in charge of used vehicles, sold me my first new car and earned my respect for his honesty and integrity. Jonathan Morales assisted me in my most recent purchase of a new car and did a fantastic job. Kudos to management. Quality does not come easily.
