On one of the worst bad weather days I took my car in for service. I had a oil change, tire rotation and they washed the car. They were very busy and I was in and out within less than an hour an a half.
Sales guy was awesome, very helpful and answered all my questions period disappointed with the finance, I was quoted 6% and then when I sign the contract it was 7.9% which is very dishonest. When I expressed my concern I was told, well you were going to be somewhere around 6% which is not what I was told up front

All around great experience at Martin Nissan. Came in looking for a Rogue and asked for Dwayne given good reviews I???d seen - he didn???t disappoint. Friendly, knowledgeable, and patient as I weighed price and options. I thought what I really wanted was a bit out of reach, but he and Fred in Finance made it happen. Great environment overall, everyone making sure you are taken care of. Would definitely recommend them!

I have now purchased two vehicles from Martin Nissan. With winter approaching I knew that I wanted to upgrade my car to an AWD SUV. I am a picky buyer when it comes to upgraded features and was easily able to search through their inventory online. Once I found my perfect Rogue Sport, I was immediately emailed and told that my car would be ready for me to test drive as soon as I was ready to come into the dealership. Overall, the buying process was quick and painless. The sales and finance teams were the same ones I had dealt with on my last purchase. I was able to deal with professional and polite sales people who didn't play pricing games. My final sale price was as negotiated, without any surprise add-on fees. I started our car search for a few weeks leading up to my end of lease. I have driven a Nissan car for 15 years because of the quality of cars. I contacted a different dealership and was appalled by the horrible service. When we contacted Martin Nissan, the overall friendliness and professionalism got us in the door. My husband and I are both bankers so we understand financial sales and are big on making sure the numbers make sense. (I also see buying a car as a big commitment). All that being said, Jim and the staff at Martin Nissan were exceptional. Our indecisiveness kept us there for over 4 hours! Never once did the staff make us feel rushed. Everyone there is super transparent and no one tries to pull the wool over your eyes. Through the process of buying all three cars, everyone at Martin Nissan has been patient with me and they never rushed me to make a decision. Joe Zich, Joe Loconsole, and Fred Kodroff helped me all three times and they worked together to get me the maximum allowances. They are the best! I highly recommend going to them if you are interested in getting a Nissan because they truly provide the most friendly and professional care.
More than anyone in the dealership Tom happened to be very attentive because when I parked my car at the designated space he came outside and greeted me very warmly. Then he asked me if there is anything he can do? I told him that I came to see Rouge. He took his time and walked me through the process. I returned with my wife and he spent more time explaining the value and quality of the vehicle he recomende.On our Third visit we bought. We we so impressed we promissed to spread the word among our friends. We appriciated his service attitude. We disagreed on the price and walked out. All he said was dont wory just think about it and when we get home we got his e mail thanking us for stoping by. We loved the car and Tom will be our friend. .

I met sales manager Tony at this dealer for the first time and he super patiently listened all my questions and concerns. And he was simply best at everything.
