Everyone at the dealership, especially Kenny went far beyond expectations. In our situation, we had a horrible purchase from the previous dealer we had purchased from, and were left high and dry (spent an entire year paying for repairs and trying to get the car to pass emissions-nothing short of a nightmare). I came into the place exasperated and in tears. Between all of this the dealer listened to our needs-provided a amazing solution. I will never forget how they were able to actually sell a car through an empathetic situation that met our specific needs. We love our 2019 Nissan. Thank you.
We brought our 2010 Nissan Murano in for an oil change. While talking to another customer, I didn't have time to get myself a drink and the customer rep got my water for me. And they offered me a complimentary car wash which was greatly needed. They also showed me my dirty air filter and my husband approved the purchase. It was a great experience.

Everyone at the dealership was so kind and friendly., from the time that I got there for service to purchasing a new vehicle. I will continue to do service with Nissan. I would like to thanks everyone for all of their assistance and patience.
I made an appointment right before the weekend for Monday and Taylor answered the phone. She???s always friendly and helpful and she made my appointment quickly. Then when I arrived I was greeted by the lovely Melanie. Everytime I see her, she makes me and my son feel like family. My son absolutely loves the kids room and it kept him nice and occupied while we got our oil change.
Jean was great at helping me pick out exactly what I wanted and when they didn???t have the exact car I wanted, they went and got it for me from a different dealership. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make things happen and I would recommend anyone to come here. Awesome coffee maker too. : )

Jake really made my first car buying experience even better. He helped me the whole way through looking at cars and picking the best one for me. I really appreciate everything he has done for me. Highly recommend him for any car buying, he???s so patient and so nice about everything. He???s was so excited when we found the right car for me. Having him help me and be so happy about finding a good fit for me was awesome. Great work keep it up!!
I recently had a headlight replaced. It seemed to be acting up as it was flickering on and off. I went to the service department and was able to get in right away. Their communication to me as far as giving me updates via text were also much appreciated
My wife and I were recently in the market for a 2019 Nissan Armada. I absolutely hate the process of buying a new vehicle but I have to say that it was a pleasure working with the group over at Russ Darrow Nissan of Milwaukee. Jake Jankowski and John Domask were extremely easy going and made the experience enjoyable. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and would definitely consider purchasing another vehicle here!
Great experience. The Disneyland prices will keep many away, though. As far as trust and overall satisfaction, I would recommend this dealership for service. The many things on my punch list were taken care of in one day.
I located a lower price oil change coupon from Russ Darrow located in West bend for a oil change for $16.95. I know any Russ Darrow dealership accepts competitor prices & will match it so I printed out the coupon. I showed my coupon to the service person & he said we can not accept this coupon since it???s for the West bend location & their prices on oil do not compare to theirs so he could not honor my coupon. I explain to him your website & other service specialists at this location accepted my coupons in the past & said they were wrong. So he gave me a price of $24.95 which was their website deal & did not want to argue anymore. I also explained to him the reason I came to this location because I find a coupon lower & was trying to stay under a certain amount for service but he did not care & went on charging me the price on their site w/o honor my discount. I would like to know is this how service specialists treat their customers. Why would your business not accept another Russ Darrow lower price because I know if lower prices are available for cars & or parts you would match the price to keep the service at your place of business. Not a satisfied customer
I wasn't able to purchase the car I wanted because of the price, but the sales man helped me, even after backing out from a deal, find cars that matched my criteria and were in my price range! It means a lot to have such curtesy to take the time to look for the perfect vehicle for me.
My salesman Ryan Antczak was really great l would tell any of my family and friends to specifically ask for Ryan he really knows how to make sure you are happy with your experience before you leave thanks Ryan.
Sale person are nice and friendly, they really helpful when it come to look for the car you want. I end up buying a suv from them. Very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend this dealer. I’ll buy again.
