Best Honda service dept/most thoughtful employees

Even though I was just in for an oil change I was simply curious to see the changes in the 2018 CRV's (mine is a 2015 and I love it). The sales person, Steve, took time to show me a new CRV and thoroughly answered my many questions (and I have many detailed questions!). If the opportunity arises that I need or want a new car I will certainly ask for this salesman. He wasn't pushy and didn't act like I was 'wasting' his time which I really appreciate.
Mel and Josh are great in the service department. Even though I am a senior I don't feel 'invisible' when I come in for service (unlike MANY other businesses!) All the guys in the service dept. have been right there when you drive in whether to change wiper blades or to answer a question. The 'overall inspection' this time showed I will need new tires next spring or summer. Thanks to Josh mentioning it, this won't be a 'surprise' next year. Two thumbs up to the whole dealership!
Sadly I didn't buy my current car from this dealership, but I will NOT go back to the original place due to the difference in atmosphere/respect/quality of the personnel at Honda of Ames.
