Five stars for a great experience. We were able to sit down on a Thursday night, see a few vehicles, get a financing scheme planned and then walk in Saturday morning to drive the vehicle off the lot. No unexpected surprises financially or with the vehicle condition. Got us a good rate for a 6 year loan on a new car that had about 20 miles on it. We felt the trade in amount was generous given the very rough condition of the old vehicle, and a substantial sum of dealer cash was also applied. Monthly payment was kept well under our limit. This was my Fiance's 8th vehicle purchase, first one a brand new vehicle and first one that was a pleasant experience all around. We did our research on what vehicles we were interested in, knew what we were looking for. Tad didn't try to sell us something we didn't want, or add features we didn't care for. He listened, offered a vehicle that fit our needs, and we were pleased enough to not even need to visit another dealership. There were no hassles, no rush to sign documents, and when we requested to return in two days to test drive in the daytime, no pressure was placed to do things immediately. We had adequate time to consider our purchase and the circumstance, and never felt rushed or forced into anything. Tad and Antonio did well to break the stereotype of the typical car salesman. Five stars earned and well deserved!
