This sale story had it all

This experience was by far the most emotional purchase I???ve ever made. And by that I mean full of many different emotions. My story starts off w me calling about the car, which was originally at the Honda location, but the people on the phone didn???t seem to wanna talk at the time, so I hung up and forgot about it until 2 days later. Which was the night I called the Mazda location to test drive a 2007 Infiniti G35s. So I drove out there from the Cudahy area to check out my hopefully new car (Infiniti) to find out that it had a BLOWN MOTOR! Thanks for failing to mention that one people at Mazda. Lol. Anyways, on my walk back to where I parked, my friend and I decided to see what used vehicles where in the Nissan lot, and that???s when my new life long friend and ONLY salesman I???ll buy from, stepped in and asked why we left Mazda already. I explained to him what happened w the Infiniti and he decided to join us as we walked more areas of the lot. He asked me about what cars I???m interested in, as he should of course, and I told him I love the new Ford Fusion, but it???s unfortunately out my current price range. Then he showed me his super slick Ford Focus that he had to get after he got into an accident with his Volkswagen CC. Very sad for me due to the fact that my Passat and I finally needed to part ways after a glorious 10 yr relationship. Then I told him about the CC I had called about 2 days prior, and not even realizing it was also at a Russ Darrow location! You can assume I got quite excited, because I did, when Jake told me he could have it sent over for a test drive seeing I already came all the way out there, I might as well test drive something right?! So sad to say by that time of night it was too late to have all these people scramble in 1 car to go get another and bring it back. So I went to the location and told Jake I???ll drive it n see if I like it. Then I???d call him the next morning or stop in omw that same night. BUT as my luck would have it, 1 of their other salesman went home w the key in his pocket. I was like, ???xxxx.??? So we set it up to try again the next day, and that was Wednesday (3rd day from first call about the CC). So the Honda location called and said they found the key and that I could FINALLY test drive my VW. I was jacked to say the least and immediately messaged Jake to tell him I was going to drive it, but that I caught awesome vibes from him, and both being Big VW guys, I told him I ONLY wanted to deal with him! He???s an good fit for my character of what my salesman also should be, so that helped when I told Honda I wasn???t interested. This allowed Jake and I to get the car sent to his location at Nissan. I bought it Thursday and Jake even surprised me that cool VW flag in the picture. I got the car for an amazing, and ridiculously affordable price! PLUS During all this time we developed a good bond and both my little brother and girlfriend want their next cars from him now also. Literally gonna be my life long salesman and friend. We went jumping through a lot of hoops together to make this work, and I couldn???t appreciate Jake and the rest of the team at Russ Darrow Nissan for putting me in the car I dreamed about buying over 8 yrs ago. I???m forever a customer and very thankful to have accidentally parked in there lot on my way to Mazda. I highly recommend Jake as your next salesman, if he hasn???t made manager already.
