After spending the first half of the day having an awful experience with a local dealer, I looked online and I found the specific car I wanted at the Don Franklin dealership. It was an hour and a half away from where we lived. Not wanting to waste the miles or their time, I called to see if they could get me the car at the price I wanted. After 15 minutes total they had met my price point and a statement was being emailed to lock in the price. I was beyond impressed with Jon Berry who helped us with the entire process. He was no nonsense and upfront about everything. We called on the drive there and he had everything ready when we arrived. The entire process there took an hour. We left with the exact car I wanted at an even lower monthly payment then I asked. Very impressed with this dealership and we would drive an hour and a half again for our next one.
The overall experience at Don Franklin Nissan was excellent. I purchased a new 2017 Nissan Murano and I could not be happier with the excellent service and the overall buying experience at this dealership. The sales associate you helped me was Greg and he was awesome. He went above and beyond to make sure the deal went through the same day. We just bought a 2017 Nissan Rouge from Don Franklin. This was one of the best car buying experiences we ever had. Mark Watson was great. He listened to what we wanted and didn't try to push us to something we didn't want. There was no going back and forth with the price or our trade-in. I would recommend Don Franklin to everyone.
I bought a Honda CRV from Paradise motorsports. The vihecle I bought was worth of the money spent. I have also visited the dealership for maintainance and services twice within a month where the disappointment of my buying experience come out into light. The car, which was said to have been inspected in TOYOTA greens, appears to be not properly inspected except the mere oil change it underwent. Within three weeks the car's AC system declined and the dealership asked me to pay 300 more to repair it. Another time, I took the vehicle for a serious maintainance and returned back my car with more new damages that didn't exist. They must have unskilled mechanic who barely work there to disgrace the work of the auto market. Having enough trouble with the dealership, I further researched on the marketing philosophy of the company and what comes out as the result is shocking. The auto dealer, just send all vehicles to TOYOTA greens for oil change. With that they get the certificate of inspection, which literally doesn't tell the whole story. With this in mind I suggest buyers to make the vehicles checked by professional experts.
