My wife needed a smaller SUV with AWD for our nasty winters and drive a Nissan Juke in the past. She loves her Rogue Sport! It's the perfect size for her and she feels safe driving it in deep snow. Since she's petite, the electronic seats boosts her up to a comfortable level.

I love driving my new car got all the accessories that I need plenty of rooms for groceries and other thing excellent for traveling or camping.
Was told any deal I found on the car we wanted that Briggs would match and/or beat and they stood by their word. Got a great deal on the car we wanted and didn't have to settle for anything less. Briggs went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied on every step of the car buying process.

My sales rep was willing to deal honestly with me about the price posted online and made it happen for me, which I can't say about another nissan dealer that I went to.

This car has everything I was looking for without all the bells & whistles I didn't need. It handles great on icy roads & is extremely comfortable to drive. So far-I haven't even used half the features it has.
Purchased a Honda Odyssey from Hendrick Nissan. It was exactly what I had been searching for and they had it for a fair price. The sales department was top notch.
Had an issue with the service department after my 100K mile maintenance when my serpentine belt failed only 4 months after being replaced. I contacted owner loyalty and my concerns were relayed to the general manager who then contacted me directly. He listened to my concerns, took the time to acknowledge responsibility and did everything to make it right.
I am happy to say I am a satisfied customer.

Absolutely fantastic service. Had a "check engine light" come on, usually an inconsequential indicator, not this time. I needed to replace the timing chain, as well as the associated guides and other items, all needing replacement. What was going to be an 8K repair was handled by the service dept (thank you Gina) and the Nissan Rep under warranty (even though the vehicle was outside factory warranty by a few thousand miles!). I cant say enough about how they went to bat for me and got the entire repair covered by the factory. Amazing!! Will bring my vehicle in for every repair in the future, minor, major and incidentals. Great job guys. Keep up the good work. See you soon!!

The front window panels are in the way of my vision and makes it really hard to turn the corner in my parking garage. It needs to be moved.
I purchased a pre-leased 2013 Nissan Altima from this dealership last July. My salesman was Barry Martens and he made my car buying experience an easy one. I fell in love with the car I purchased. Barry made that purchase happen and a pleasant experience. He made sure my car was in excellent condition. Three months later I received a follow up call from Barry asking how my car was performing. That kind of customer service so rarely happens anymore. I was impressed! I would definitely recommend Barry to my friends and family. Thanks Barry!!
Good car for the money

Car is very nice for a used car, missing antennae which wasn't disclosed at time of sale, also has a glitch in the computer that monitors tire pressure. Dealer Hgreg said they wouldn't fix it because cars are sold as is. We weren't advised what exactly the "as is" condition was. Good price and customer service was so so
