If you want things done right at Nissan please go to Phi Phi. He is the best. I went o Nissan on a day Phi Phi wasn???t there and what a waste of a trip. The guy did nothing for me. If Phi Phi ever left Nissan I would never come back. They need more people like him who care about the customer.
The problem was diagnosed and fairly expensive but the service representative suggested I called nissan consumer and if they couldn't help with the cost he could possibly apply coupons to help me save some money.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Little did we know we would be in need a of another car, my husband's this time 5 months from getting myself one. We went back to Keith for his knowledge and great service. 5 months later and I am loving my Sienna. Keith found my husband a great used Camry with low miles and a price that can't be beat. The team was great to work with and Phil helped in finance to get us on our way. Thanks for taking great care of us guys!
My experience was great while finding my car, Lou-Royce Christopher was an excellent help especially with getting back to me with information. He answered all my questions and worked very hard. In the end I found the perfect car for me and I???m very satisfied.

The service advisor fixed a problem right on the spot before the car ever went into the shop area. Saved us time and money. Friendly and efficient and also applied a coupon we didn???t even know about, saving us another $15.00. In and out on a Saturday (with an appointment, which I highly recommend) in under an hour.
Drop my car off for warranty work the night before. Early call the next day saying my car out of alignment. I never noticed that. Call late that day saying the warranty work can???t be complete for four days. Alignment report looks ok. Says ???an alignment not performed??? right on report. Invoice says ???customer requests??? to perform alignment. I think this is a scam. I think cars can be technically out of alignment but it is not enough to require an alignment. These guys can???t wait to tell You the car is out of alignment so unsuspecting people like me authorize them to fix it.
Paul dicarlo was great. He was there start to finish and made me feel very comfortable buying a car . This was my first time and he made it very easy. He also stuck by me through my difficult financing options. Paul is a great asset to your company. I dont even remember the name of who helped me after.
The best sales person Michael Schroeder went well above from start to finish doing his job perfectly. . He came in on his day off to deliver as promised, my car. . I am in awe with the respect he extended to us. Very happy with my Q7. We will be back. Thank you Michael, you rock!

Two things I hate most is shopping for a new car and phone. Coastal Nissan made the car shopping very pleasant. Lance and Tommy, took the time to go over the car I was purchasing in great detail. Sean in financial was efficient, friendly and helpful. George in the service department was also very friendly and accommodating. What a fantastic team.
I will definitely go back to Coastal when we need a new car. I love my 2017 Rogue.
Car shopping has always been taxing, but working with Lance Ward and the team at Coastal Nissan truly changed that experience for my family. My husband, our 7 year old son and I visited the dealer on two occasions before deciding on a purchase.
