Michael Hamadi - Above and Beyond.

I would like to thank Michael Hamadi of Middletown Nissan, for his help when it was time for me to lease a new car.
Although I ended up not leasing my car from Middletown, Michael went above and beyond in his helping me to get my dealer to give me the best possible deal and offered to beat it if they did not give me fair value on my trade in.
I originally contacted Middletown Nissan because when the other dealer ran my Carfax, there was a mileage discrepancy in it, and for that reason, they were balking on giving me full trade-in value on my car. I bought the old car at Middletown, and when I called Middletown and explained this, Michael promised that he could clear this up and get me full value on my trade in.
I was already committed to leasing the new car at this other dealer, and gone as far as putting down a deposit, so was very reluctant to break the deal. Michael, offered to beat their deal by more than the deposit I put down. Because of this, the other dealer relented on the original low offer on my trade in, and gave me the true trade-in value on my old car.
I am very thankful to Michael for all of his help. He was very attentive, and quickly wrote back to me several times when I contacted him. He is truly, a professional in the automobile industry and he puts the customer first.
When it comes to buying or leasing my next car, I will avoid the hassles and make Middletown Nissan my first choice.
