I love driving my new car got all the accessories that I need plenty of rooms for groceries and other thing excellent for traveling or camping.
My experience at HGreg was awesome. I visited the dealership a few times before purchasing. The staff was kind and professional each time I went, but never pushy!!

This car has everything I was looking for without all the bells & whistles I didn't need. It handles great on icy roads & is extremely comfortable to drive. So far-I haven't even used half the features it has.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Great for female drivers.

My wife needed a smaller SUV with AWD for our nasty winters and drive a Nissan Juke in the past. She loves her Rogue Sport! It's the perfect size for her and she feels safe driving it in deep snow. Since she's petite, the electronic seats boosts her up to a comfortable level.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. This car has met all of my needs except for trunk space. Love everything else about it! Also love that it is almost exactly like my Sentra I had previously owned on the inside!
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

The SUV met my criteria based on price and comfort. It rides well and it the driver side seating is very comfortable. Looking forward to enjoying the car for several years.
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. If you want sell your car with no hassle, go with Caravan. Thanks for the best service Tom.

I’m very excited as it is my very first car purchase. So far it has drove very smoothly and I think it’s the best for your buck.
There are so many good things to say about Brian San Pedro. He truly cares about his customers by listening to what their needs are, and then delivering it to them on a silver platter. He???s extremely knowledgeable, and isn???t the stereotypical, high-pressure, salesman - his goal is to make sure you leave the dealership happy. If you are looking to buy a car then you should absolutely go to Bill Ray Nissan and ask for Brian San Pedro!

Great Fuel Economy, Great Comfort. Very good looking car. This is the SL with all of the options. Navigation could be better, but, I think that is the same with most. It has all of the latest safety features, including accident avoidance, and it is just a great car. I expect it to last as long, and be just as reliable as our previous Rogue SL was (2008).

I bring all my insurance jobs here to the service center. John the manager of service is very helpful and works soooo hard. I feel safe having him take care of my car. Fred and Erica and Leon are so very nice as are the rest of the workers in service. You are a great bunch of people. Thank you so much.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I had seen the M4 I wanted to purchase online. I got good price and the car is flawless. The process was complete i less than an hour and I was on the road. I had some questions regarding my extended service that I bought and they were very helpful in helping me understand my options. I would fully recommend this dealer.

The front window panels are in the way of my vision and makes it really hard to turn the corner in my parking garage. It needs to be moved.
Car is very nice for a used car, missing antennae which wasn't disclosed at time of sale, also has a glitch in the computer that monitors tire pressure. Dealer Hgreg said they wouldn't fix it because cars are sold as is. We weren't advised what exactly the "as is" condition was. Good price and customer service was so so
