My positive experience was due to working with Nigel Erickson, the salesman. I spent weeks deciding, and trying cars. I purchased a car and decided to upgrade and he took the time to find me the car I wanted buried behind others cars, in a storm, at night and at a different location. He was always positive, helpful and professional . I got to know him a bit over time and found he has big heart. The dealership is quite lucky to have him. He has worked in a caring profession in the past, taking care of others, but now he is a salesman. The skills carried over because his big heart is obvious. I felt appreciated as a customer and a person. I wasn't treated as less because I am a female purchasing a car. I felt valued and it made me want to continue working with CARR in the future. The woman I left my Honda Fit with in the Service Bay was extremely helpful. She let me borrow a vehicle to do errands while waiting for the passenger side air bag to be replaced and for them to conduct a complete diagnostic of the air conditioning unit to determine why it wasn't working all summer. Although she tried calling me to let me know the cost of fixing the air conditioning unit, which consisted of (replacing the Freon, would be the same as the cost of the diagnostic and couldn't get in touch with me, she made a wise choice in determining that I would choose to replace the Freon this time rather than having to return and end up being charged double. She deserves this praise and probably a raise.
I can’t express in words how thankful I am for Jerry Gerken coming to my rescue after I had been in a car accident the day before totaling out my car I had purchased from him 3 years ago. Thanks Jerry for making my issues go away quickly with a car I am so happy with!
The service I received was fast and friendly! They also cleaned my car for me while they had it! This was something I was going to do later in the day. This saved me one stop in a very busy day before Thanksgiving getting stuff prepared.
I took my mom to Sutherlin to buy a new rogue and was treated like royalty. I can't complain at all because the whole staff was totally on point 100%. My mom won a cruise and we are headed to the Bahamas soon. I love the yippee ya yaee commercial on the radio!! Awsome awsome awsome!!

I've used the service department several times and have been very pleased each time, though one time they changed my license name plate without my permission which did not make me happy.
Regarding their used car buyingnprocess, they have a good selection of cars but I found them to be OVERPRICED.
Drop my car off for warranty work the night before. Early call the next day saying my car out of alignment. I never noticed that. Call late that day saying the warranty work can???t be complete for four days. Alignment report looks ok. Says ???an alignment not performed??? right on report. Invoice says ???customer requests??? to perform alignment. I think this is a scam. I think cars can be technically out of alignment but it is not enough to require an alignment. These guys can???t wait to tell You the car is out of alignment so unsuspecting people like me authorize them to fix it.
Battles Nissan gave me terrific, timely, and personal family style service to test drive then buy the vehicle I needed. Hospitality and location is great, near the Cape Cod Bourne rotary just over the bridge. The staff worked well as a team, too, so that if one did not know certain information, they found other employees on site who could answer the question. Just like family. Thank you, Battles!
