Great Car Buying Experience

My wife and I had been in the market for a slightly used Suburban or Yukon XL. Most of our shopping was done via the internet ,and a few drop ins. My wife found Kiro Cars on one of the used car websites, and saved a couple of options on the Kiro Cars lot. What caught my attention was Kiro Cars customer reviews and ratings. I admit I was skeptical with the reviews. But, after looking at several dealers, even driving 70 miles to a dealer who was overpriced, and wouldn't consider a realistic fair price, (according KBB.COM), Kiro Cars popped up on our radar again.
We drove out to Kiro Cars the next day and found a similar Suburban
10k cheaper than that other dealer. We made an offer. the boss countered with a "fair" price and we accepted. Now, I had my financing already pre-approved, and we knew what we were looking for, so it was a matter of finding my the right vehicle, agreeing on a price, then contacting my credit union for the final details.
Roberto (Sales) did not rush us or try to sell us something different. He answered our questions and presented our offer. Kamal, ( The GM), was very informative about the used car business. Kamal made us feel very comfortable during the entire process, and even made some very unexpected customer service offers for future services and repairs. I look forward to his offers.
I will never buy another new vehicle because they are ridiculously priced, so when we are in the market for a nice, reasonably priced vehicle, we will visit Kamal and his staff to make a deal.
