Certainly not the level of service you'd expect from any 'typical' dealership, but prices are decent if you're informed and very diligent. I used Arian after dismissing another agent who was abysmal, and Arian himself was great. If the they were in the 21st century (digital age) and provided some basic customer service and car preparation, the experience could easily have been 5 stars, but it was not. All cars are sold "as-is" with zero reconditioning or pointing out any defects (it's entirely up to you to inspect thoroughly and get a mechanic to inspect). Since I buy lots of cars and had confidence I could spot any issues and keep any typical "used car salesman" tactics at bay, I was fine buying through them for the slightly better price. If you don't have such familiarity or confidence in the process, then this is not the type of place for you.

Have the vehicle I was looking for and a get price... And I talked with the associate for about a week (Moe Basha)... And he work with and answered every question I have... Worked with them over the internet, since I have a 5 hour drive to come view the vehicle. Since I have a trade, I wanted more information on OTD pricing and if a deal was available/possible for my trade. I know prices can change in person, but wanted an early estimate before making the long drive. When it came to discussing prices, I got a little feedback, but never got much detail about final trade prices and if a deal was even possible. Would have appreciated some sort final say. Just disappointed.
Mike went above and beyond to give me a great price for my car to match my budget. Hands down one of the nicest and most professional car salesman I???ve talked to. He made the car buying process smooth and easy. i would definitely recommend him.

Recently purchased a 2016 Genesis from salesman Moe Basha. It was a very good experience, Moe Basha was extremely professional and well knowledge d. He is very cordial and has a good demeanor with customers. It was an extreme pleasure to do bisiness with Moe.
It was the best experience ever. I spoke with Mr. Gary smith. But the whole team was great. they gave all the options and the price was very very fair compared to other dealership. I did go to multiple dealerships and we did not have a great experience as we did at Milton Martin Honda. I give my highest recommendations
My Husband and I bought an suv tonight from Robert. Our experience began with Ryan on the phone as he followed up on an internet deal. He talked with me about setting up an appointment and personally greeted us when we arrived. Robert was our sales team member and he was personable, honest and down to earth. He was up front about things in the car that we were looking at and didn???t push us to look out side of our price range. He was willing to help in anyway possibly and stayed an hour past closing to ensure we were taken care of. Jerome was the finance manager and he too was great! Walked us through the paperwork to minimize confusion and also stayed an hour past closing to take care of us. Ryan, Robert and Jerome made this car buying experience a memorable one. They made us feel welcome and treated us like family. I highly recommend this dealership.
Amanda Stacks went above and beyond to make sure our car buying experience was worth the long wait. I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.
As always, the employees are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. No matter how much I spazzed out on Jamel Mitchum during the process, I still left with a smile. This is the second car that I have purchase at Gwinnett Place Nissan, and I will always purchase my cars from them. Alex Ruiz (the finance Manager) was also great to work with, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle

I recently purchased a car from Nalley Nissan. The car searching process was over a span of 3 days. My sales rep Deniece was very diligent and dedicated to making this process smooth. My downside was the time span of waiting for my financing process BUT Deniece made use of the time by having me finish other paperwork in the meantime, to be prepared for the next step. Once I got to the paperwork side, Cleo was very informative & he made sure to break things down that I didn???t understand. This was my first time buying a new car & I feel very happy with my purchase! The dealership did a courtesy window tint & Deniece continues to help me with questions about my car!
Very friendly staff. They did okay answering my questions, but I new more about the history of the vehicle than they did. There's a $599 handling fee that gets added to the sticker price, so make sure to ask about it up front.
