Hard the rate, not sure how the rest of the place is, but when you go in with the internet and you are looking for the best deal, you find a good deal and then they change the internet price with you sitting there in the salesman booth by 3000 dollars. I didn't think of it until I left, but that it fine they do not have my business.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Bought my son his first car took it home that week first week check engine light came on brought it to the dealership couldn't fix it had to bring to dodge fine went home two weeks later car died called Nissan told them i was told by the manager you get what you paid for so didn't want to help only willing to take care of the diagnosis and nothing more 3 weeks with the car bad customer service don't care about the customer only the money so watch out buying a used car from there they will screw you
Phillip McSwain was my salesman.I called him after hearing commercial on the BOGO plan.He found me a better than ever deal and answered and returned all phone calls immediately. Even though a problem arose,which was of no control of Philip or myself, that could've ruined everything, Philip vowed to me he would get me an even better deal and he delivered 100 percent!!! I researched and found the low mileage Porsche Macan Turbo in the color and desired options. Only about 6 cars in the Southeast that met the desired specification. Great price- lower than some higher mileage Macan Turbos in the used car market. Fair value on my trade and easy buying experience.

I had a great experience shopping and buying a car from this dealership. Joseph helped me with any questions or concerns. He was never pushy. He went above and beyond. I went to the lot looking for a car they had posted on their website but when I got there, I wasn't impressed with it. First off I have never liked going to car dealerships they are usually on top of you before you have a chance to get out of the vehicle. This was not the case at all with Modern Nissan. My wife and I looked around with no pushy salesman. When one did come over he was very friendly answered all our questions and was never pushy. After a couple days of thinking about it we called and told them the vehicle we wanted I answered some questions and texted my info to them we went in after work signed the papers and out the door no haggle no wait a great all around experience. I was finishing a 3 years lease and did not want to keep the 2015 Nissan Sentra. We are getting older. It was too hard to get in and out of. I thought I would turn in the car and walk away. Then I would hunt a used car somewhere. I was so thrilled when we were able to drive away in a new Altima. The doors open wide allowing for easy entry and exits. The salesman was very helpful, and everyone was friendly. My payments only increased about $5.00 per month. It was a great experience. This is the third car we have purchased at Modern Nissan of Concord. Each time we left happy.
