Super casual experience. You just walk in and they let you test drive whatever you want by yourself and there’s no pressure they just work with you. Enjoyed working with both Ali and Alex, both salesman are knowledgeable and fun to work with. The cars are almost always a great deal, but they are sold as is so make sure you get them checked out or get the warranty offered with them. Great experience from start to finish, Would recommend!
Great experience from start to finish! During the test drive, I noticed a noise in one of the front wheels. My salesman (Mike Khurshid) noticed it too. He said he would have their service dept look at it the next day. He called back to say that the tires were mismatched, so they put 4 brand new tires on the car (no additional charge). When he drove it again, the noise was gone. I was just going to pick up the car, but he insisted I drive it again myself to make sure the noise was gone. This was a small sale for CarMax, but everyone there made me feel I was the most important customer they had that day. I left with my new car, and a handful of Mike's business cards to give to friends!
Yea they work with you on your payments as long as you keep in touch with the dealership. Also help you leave there with a car. Really love the energy in there. Lol just say they stay true with you on helping you.
I went in back in August and was very skeptical and thought I could get better deal somewhere else...I soon found out that NOBODY else would give me a chance except for buy here pay here. Which for same payment I now have New dependable car with warranty .These cars are nice there not 10+ years old with 200 thousand miles and its real bank so it will help credit score...I cant even get credit card and Zach got me a car loan. Process is very easy and fast almost seems to good to be true. But 100% legit...Zack and finance was great and would recommend to anyone

I was hesitant to go here due to previous reviews but I'm so glad I did! I found a beautiful 2017 Subaru Impreza with only 10,000 miles at well below comparable cars at other dealers, and finally decided to give them a try. I was met at the door by Hope, who introduced me to the sales manager while trying to find my online salesperson. Since they were not available Hope waited on me personally. She was friendly, courteous, and never pushy. I loved the car but still needed to test drive a couple others at other places and also wanted to talk with my wife about it. She was even willing to let me take the car for a couple of days to do an extended test drive and show it to my wife, but I told her that wasn't necessary. She was very understanding and we said our goodbyes. I contacted her later that day via text to let her know I wanted the car and had financing already lined up. She was as to find me better financing through a local credit union so that everything would fit my budget perfectly. I told her I'd probably be in on Wednesday and she changed her day off to accommodate me. I actually ended up in Tuesday evening to sign papers and she already had the car ready to go and was fine with me leaving my old car, which wasn't a trade, so I could take delivery that night. I love my "new" car and certainly recommend Capital Kia of Easton.
Shawn McMahan is an awesome person. I came into the dealership twice looking for a car. My first visit was unsuccessful because I did not have the down payment. Shawn was incredibly understanding with my situation and tried very hard to get the lowest down payment possible. Once I found the car, I told him that I would be back in a few weeks with the down payment. He touched base with me once, but wasn't pushy and seemed genuinely concerned about my situation. On my second stop in, again, it seemed that the odds were against me. He went above and beyond to insure that I left with a car. I would HIGHLY recommend him to any of my family members and friends. This is the way car buying should be! No pressure, lots of information, no “let me talk to my manager” games. Sarah was professional and answered all our questions, even the ones we forgot to ask! The cars I looked at were terrific, and all had warranties on the engine and drive train, low mileage, and great prices. I bought a great car, and I think I’ve found my one-stop car shop!
Found the vehicle we were looking for online. Stopped in before work for a test drive, Mike Banton helped us. No pressure, super friendly and helpful. Put a deposit down on the car and came back a couple days later to process the paperwork. Everything went great, no problems. Mike made this the best car buying experience of all time. Vince and Ryan were both very professional and helpful. It felt like they were trying to get me a vehicle I wanted at a price I was happy with, without trying to take advantage. They also offered to fix an issue (missing antenna) on my used vehicle to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase.
I have contacted them in numerous occasions about the 2002 Toyota Tacoma. For $ 5,999. I have the 5000 still trying to get the 900.00 I have heard from them about what they would do about coming down on the price so I'm still in limbo. But they have contacted me appeared to be pleasant people.
Bob was a great salesman. After being involved in a car accident That totaled my 2015 Equinox I was excited to visit Miracle Motors to look at a 2017 Equinox that I ended up driving home that day! Thanks to Bob and Miracle Motors I was able to head back home feeling blessed and safe in a new car! I well definitely be back as will pass the word on this great dealership.
