I bought my first car 4 years ago from Lisa this was my first car I ever bought on my own and she did not pressure me i told her what i needed she gave me my options 4 years later still own that car with no regrets. She makes the process so simple and straight forward. I recently went back after my son had a few horrific experiences at a few other dealerships. The car her wanted he got and also got a lesson on what a honest salesperson/dealership should be and Lisa and Heath made it happen in a few hours he drove off the lot with his car and a payment he can afford. This is a dealership that will not take advantage of the naive or 1 st buyers and i felt comfortable letting my son go on his own and not get scammed and ripped off and i cant say that about ANY other dealerships in southern NH. We had a few glitches in the pick up of the car, not a huge deal, but very inconvenient for me. They took total responsibility for it and made it right. Can't ask for anything more than that! Great buying experience.

My husband and I planned on trading in our leased Toyota truck with the intention of leasing another vehicle. We planned on "looking" around, but after speaking with Glenn, he made our visit comfortable in a manner that we did not feel pressured. Glenn understood that this was not our first time in a car dealership and therefore, we knew what we wanted regarding price, etc. He respected that and addressed our requests in a straightforward and respectful manner. As a result, we leased a car during our first meeting.

Great, easy, personable experience. I would recommend you give them a look if you are in the market for a car. As with any big purchase, do your homework, know the value of your trade, no the value of the car you want, understand where you stand if you need financing. If you do everything beforehand it makes things easier and more realistic for everyone involved.
Was looking for a particular car and found it at this dealership. A Lincoln MKX in white. Spoke to the owner several times. We made a deal over the phone. Drove up with my trade in car and my check. Within an hour we were out of there with the exact car we wanted. I have dealt with many many dealerships but this place was truly a pleasure. Worth the ride from Long Island NY to Concrd NH. Grade A+
Buying a car is never easy I actually hate dealing with salespeople all they care about is themselves, that was until I came to Autofair Nissan of Chelmsford. I'm not going to lie I'm not the easiest guy to deal with , but the salesman Rithy Poth I worked with went out of his ways to show me the right car for my budget. He explained why this was the car I was looking for, understood my needs and saved me a ton of money in doing so. There wasn't all that back and forth he explained everything in easy to understand terms not the Car Lingo I'm so used to hearing when I go and buy a car somewhere else. This young man is very down to earth and will help you in anyway shape or form. I'll be sending all of my friends and family his way from now on he's my go to guy.
My sales person was Luis Cepeda. He was respectful, knowlegeable, friendly, patient, thorough, pleasant and positive. His manger Shaun was very accomodating and patient as well. The financial manger was very thorough and knowlegeable. the above team was one of the best teams I have dealt with at a car dealership
