I love this place, just bought my second car here from Roy. The first car was a Nissan Leaf that I leased for two years to just try out and I liked it so much I came back for a second one. This time I bought a 2016 Leaf with double the range of the first one and got an even better deal buying than leasing. All this happened because of Roy. I feel he really cars about my needs and looks after me even before his sales. He asked me to wait 6 months before he finally had a great deal on the longer range 2016 Leafs. Josh guided me through the process of buying a CX5. His knowledge of the car and the range of options was excellent and his patience was endless. He was really busy on a Saturday with a lot of customers but he gave me all the time I needed and provided all the information I asked for and a whole lot more. His professionalism was a real contrast with some sales people at rival dealerships.
We came to Legend to see a van we found on Auto trader. I called ahead and John had it pulled up ready for us to see. He was awesome in showing us all the features and letting us take it out for a decent length test drive. He never pushed us to look at any more expensive vehicles we didn't want like most used car salesmen do. Mike in finance was awesome to work with as well. He made the whole process extremely easy. Ask for Dane. If you tell him Chris sent you, he will laugh - because truth be told I am not a typical customer and I ran him through the ringer buying my GT plugin hybrid Outlander. Although born here, Dane spent a lot of time on the East Coast and thus comes across as an East Coast "car salesman" EXCEPT for some critical differences:
1) He not only knows what he's talking about when describing these amazing hybrid 4x4s but knows when there is something he does not know....and is thus open to learning more from customers. He also fully admits the cars shortcomings. It is easy to underestimate how critical this is in a salesperson when one is considering such a huge purchase.
2) Honesty and trust lead to successful deals. They also lead to successful after-sales relationships. No matter the issue, Dane - and by extension Younkers - was there months after the sale was completed. Every time I return - even for merely getting the license plates attached or asking weird questions - Dane answered back immediately, politely and enthusiastically. "Car salesperson" is not an easy job. They don't make much $ and are some of the most maligned workers in this country. They work long hours and put up with customers suspicious of them before even meeting them. Dane handled that role very well. He's a "real" person who I found easy to trust and the kind of guy you could call a friend after the deal. The overall experience at Younkers was very laid back, easy and commendable.

They had a car I was interested. The Gentleman I worked with professional and courteous. Price was on the high side of the Kelly Blue book but still a good price. But my bank would only lend me half his asking price. That was the only reason I did not buy the car.
