It’s pretty however I just had to get a new transmission for my 2015 Nissan that didn’t even have 60,000 miles on it yet which to me says a lot because I’ve had this car less than a year but of course it was used but it still shouldn’t be giving me these problems so early on and also I’m not very fond of how it drives like it’s very firm and it’s like I have to really put in the effort to make it go which I feel like I shouldn’t have to do it seems like they are just cheaply made but just look pretty

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I brought this car new less than 4 years ago and it is experiencing transmission problems, I'm the 3rd person I know in the last year having the same issue with the sentra. With servicing the car as scheduled and having major issues all ready I would not recommend this vehicle unless you have money to give away to dealer and mechanic.

Literally...WINNING!! We proudly entered our Low Mileage Original 1988 VW Cabriolet (purchased from World VW) into a local VW/Audi Show called "Summer Sizzle" (hosted by a local VW Club - SPVWC)...AND, took honors of being placed into the Top 10 Water-cooled VWs entered!! A little background...so, my wife has wanted a VW Cabriolet/Rabbit for 30 years now, and with this beautiful find at World VW, we jumped at the opportunity to make her dream become reality! When I first looked at the car I didn't think I would like it. I don't like to feel crowded in a car and need to have plenty of arm room. Once I sat in it with the doors closed I realized it was more roomy than I thought. Then I drove it...what a dream! It is the best car I have ever owned.

I don't even know where to start!! When I first arrived I was met by Sal, the used car salesmen. This guy was made to sell cars!! He's super knowledgable about cars, their parts and technology. I informed Sal that I was there to see Apple (Internet Sales) whom I had spoke with several times before that. Apple is even more delightful when you meet!! Amazing customer service and such a beautiful attitude. Thank You Apple!! She introduced me to Chris and everything went all the way up from there!!! You have no idea the day we had, I spend about 8 hours with Chris to make this deal happen. Chris was upfront and honest about things. He was helpful, patient, and understanding during the whole process. We looked at numbers between the genesis and sonata. I chose to go with the Sonata, with a $0 down lease agreement. Before we dealt with running credit, Chris assured me that he would get me some ball park figures on monthly payments. He kept his word and many salesmen don't do that. My experience was more service oriented than car buying. I really appreciated that. Who could ask for more? It gets better though. There were no more new Sonata cars on the lot at the moment. Chris offered to take me in his personal vehicle to their lot full of new 2016-2017 cars about a 20 minute drive from the dealership. As soon as we reached the parking lot, the rain came down like no other. It stormed for the entire time we was in the parking lot. BTW, the parking lot was an outside parking lot with no shelter. Chris asked me which car did I like and we saw several cars before returning back to his car. I told Chris which car I wanted, with the options it offered and he went to get. Chris went beyond the customer service experience with me and stepped out of his car in pouring rain to get me the specific vehicle that I wanted with the same color and better options. He was actually able to get me a better sonata sport model with partial leather interior, sun roof, and other options for an extra $12 per month. Chris was amazing. Chris, I don't know how to thank you enough brother, I really appreciate you from the bottom of my heart. After returning to the dealership with the car, Chris was able to pair up with Paulino (Manager) to make the deal happen. There were a few bumps in the road but, Chris and Paulino were persistent about getting me to drive home and not taking the train. Chris was an advocate for me and wanted to nothing but the best for me in this deal. I would recommend anyone to stop by and see whats available for you. They will work for you here!!! Just bought a Beautiful Pearl White Escalade. I saw all the great ratings and was skeptical but they deserve nothing less. I bought it on march 5th and decided to give it 30 days to see what the after experience was going to be like before I I give feedback. What made my purchase worthy of a review was the service: 1. The knowledge, especially the unbiased, non aggressive knowledge. You don't see that too often especially with ill trained salesmen on other dealerships that try to get you in the door so they could use some tactics. It was about 4 -6 long phone calls asking about the car and it's specs and comparing what I saw online and Habby was brutal honesty al through out. 2. They made me and wife feel great the day of pick up, answered all our questions got us in and out in less than hour including the paperwork, and explaining the different financing options, warranty options and showing me the other features of the escalade I bought. 3. I didn't have that feeling that I sometimes have the next day, because they made it more than just providing great service it was about an experience, I've worked in service industry for quite some time, and I can say that this was an amazing experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

I purchase this car for my daughter it met our needs. This is a good quality car that rides very nice and good on gas! It had more features than I expected. Back up cam, garage door opener, leather seats with seat warmers and keyless entry.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

The space inside is more than you'd think based on the exterior. I dont feel like my head is going to touch the ceiling (I'm 5'6), plenty of leg room and room between passenger and driver. The backseat also over plenty of leg room and my youngest's car seat fits great rear facing leaving the front passenger plenty of leg room. While the exterior doesn't offer anything too flashy it is still a nice looking car. The key fob is one of my favorite features being able to open the doors and trunk with the press of a button is very convenient. The speakers sound quality is fairly good and I love the bluetooth feature. Two different size cup holders in the front is great to have. It's great on gas, and while I dont use them often the eco and sport options come in handy! Also, it's nice having the backup camera. My only complaint about the car is the seat design, if you spend a lot of time commuting to work you will want to invest in a seat cushion, the seat is angled downwards and no matter how I adjust it tends to aggravate my back if I'm in the car for more than an hour (luckily that's not often for me). If your looking for an affordable car but dont want to sacrifice quality, space, or features this is a great choice!

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. Hugo our salesman and manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He spent a lot of time with us trying to find us a SUV that met our specifications.
