I do not even know where to start with this. I will first off say that I never ever write reviews...... I took about a week to write a review at first I wanted to write a bad review because I felt that I was getting nowhere but then I thought let me try to reach management and address my concerns if it is not addressed then I will the bad review. With that being said I would like to thank the service manager Jason and the general manager Jad. They both listen and resolved my concerns. Every dealership has issues if you think that every dealership is perfect you are going to be let down big time. What does matters is how the dealership addresses and resolves any issues you may have at that time. This dealership was great with following through on their promise to resolve my issues. One thing I can take away from this experience is before you leave a review allow the dealership/company to hear your concerns and address them before you leave a bad review just to stick it to the company. PS gave it 4 out 5 stars because of the money on gas and tolls I spent getting it resolved :-)
This was my third dealership I was visiting to buy my new Hyundai. Other dealerships (especially their GMs) were arrogant and somewhat disrespectful in negotiating the price. However, Mudaser (sales advisor) was very honest and friendly out of all my car purchasing experience in my last 10 years.
Of the over new 30 car purchases I've made, this was in the top 2 (6 with another Nissan dealer who could not even come close to the deal they put together - so much for the theory of loyalty). We were in the area and stopped to see their inventory, and talked to them for kicks and giggles.... They were awesome! They listened and were understanding of the deal we needed and they did everything possible to make that happen. Actually this Rogue was for my daughter, who made the deal, and I was totally impressed in the way they worked with her and the respect and understanding they exhibited.
My highest regards to Ehab and his sales team. I'm not even from the area, but I'll definitely come here for my future purchases - it was just that good!
I worked with your service manager, Steve, on a A/C issue with our Armada. He spoke to the regional manager and Nissan paid for this cost of this expensive repair - what great customer service! We have and will continue to have Brown service all of our Nissan's!
My service rep Ken is the ultimate professional when it comes to customer service. I've serviced my car at browns for the last 2 yrs. Not once have i had any problems with service. I mean that 100% i am truly a satisfied customer. I brought my car there 2 yrs ago, and when i get 300,000 mileage on this one, I'll buy another from here. Completely satisfied!!!
Came into the Easterns in Alexandria looking for a SUV. Took a look at a few and finally we found the perfect one for us. All the options we could possibly ask for. I did not know they had 2018 vehicles! We worked out finance options and got a rate we were comfortable with. Definitely recommending people to go see Phillip at this location. Very nice salesman.
I responded to one of the internet specials, and received useful email responses to my questions. I am so glad that Sven was available when I visited the dealership without an appointment. He was very honest, outlining what was available and possible benefits for me to consider.
I went in to get my vehicle serviced, and walked out purchasing a second vehicle. I have bought 4 vehicles from Nissan Younger of Frederick, MD. I will not go any where else, They treat me like family, they are not pushy, I tell them what I want and they make it happen. All departments- service, finance, sales, management etc. are all beyond amazing. Christian did an amazing job on my new purchase, he informs you of information you need, things you didn???t expect you needed to know and most pleasurable person.
I really had no intentions of buying so soon but Jim made the experience easy and had a no pressure kind of attitude. He made it seamless and got me into the truck that I'm still smiling about! Highly recommended!!!

Just bought used Toyota Camry from Cowles Nissan. The salesman name Rusty was very honest professional answering every question we had just the best salesman I had ever encountered. He has many years of experience. He didn’t pressure us to buy the car. He was very patient with us and very knowledgeable of the cars and everything we were asking. I was prepared to rent a car since the repair on my car was not going to be finished until the next day. However, I was delighted when I arrived and found out that a loaner car was available.
