I wasn't able to purchase the car I wanted because of the price, but the sales man helped me, even after backing out from a deal, find cars that matched my criteria and were in my price range! It means a lot to have such curtesy to take the time to look for the perfect vehicle for me.
My salesman Ryan Antczak was really great l would tell any of my family and friends to specifically ask for Ryan he really knows how to make sure you are happy with your experience before you leave thanks Ryan.
i did my homework prior to our recent purchase of a low mileage used Mercedes. One of my primary information sources was Cars.Com. and the other was Car Max. We visited the Kenosha Car Max and found everyone we had contact with to be professional and informative. We ultimately bought a car from a Mercedes dealer but did sell our trade to Car Max Waukesha. The experience was handled quickly and pleasantly. I would definitely recommend Car Max and their staff.
sales person was friendly and helpful, knowledgeable and demonstrated the basic features to get us started. he made sure the car was ready on schedule. the paperwork was necessary but tedious. cathy took the time to explain fully what was required and let us take breaks as needed.
First, if you want a car, why people expect the dealer to call when they had the opportunity and ability to call the dealer? I just don’t understand and that should not be the reason to rate low in review.
I sent online inquiry but I also called and placed a “refundable” deposit to hold BMW 5 Series. Car had minor issues such as the smell since the owner was a smoker. Detail was done and smell is gone as promised. They worked with me on pricing so good deal got even better deal compare to other listings in Northern IL / Southern WI.
Again, there were few minor issues and financing could use “user friendly” process but overall I was very happy with the process, service, price and extra accommodations thanks to Juan and Victor.
Obviously this is not the same level as Barrington BMW or Knauz BMW that I am so used to (where I purchased and serviced other 2 BMWs I have) but they do provide great service and I will think of Reo Motors for next car purchase.

From the time arriving for my appointment to the time I picked up my car, I was shown excellent customer service skills by the Service Advisor Jay Malkowski and Kyle the techitian. I came in on Friday evening with a problem of all my lights being on and FCW system failure warning. Jay and Kyle quickly diagnosed the problem and explained to me that fixing this issue will take leaving car in for a whole day . Jay advised me to bring a car next day in the morning, he had a nice, clean loaner car prepared for me that day. Throughout the day Jay communicated with me on what was the problem and how they will take care if it. I???m very pleased how well and with much attention to the details I was taken care of by Jay Malkowski. Definetely will return for the service to RussDarrow Honda on Browndeer Rd
Tony and Adam were very kind and helpful as I was looking for my first car. I would recommend looking at the Carfax report before buying as these cars have mostly been fixed from accidents, but Tony does an amazing job and is honest about his repairs. My used Subaru Legacy looks just like new, and I'm really happy with it! I would also take my car back to Stars for vehicle repairs.
I was looking for a Mercedes diesel suv and found it at car castle. They have an impressive inventory of high end vehicles! Tony and Omar were knowledgeable of my vehicle, it???s history and their inventory. This isn???t a big operation so I would advise that you schedule an appointment or you may be waiting. Overall I am satisfied with their performance and LOVE my Mercedes!
I just bought my Outlander a month ago. I was very pleased with the service I received at that time. I brought it back in to have a trailer hitch installed and once again, stellar service. This is a great place to buy a car!

Everyone at the dealership, especially Kenny went far beyond expectations. In our situation, we had a horrible purchase from the previous dealer we had purchased from, and were left high and dry (spent an entire year paying for repairs and trying to get the car to pass emissions-nothing short of a nightmare). I came into the place exasperated and in tears. Between all of this the dealer listened to our needs-provided a amazing solution. I will never forget how they were able to actually sell a car through an empathetic situation that met our specific needs. We love our 2019 Nissan. Thank you.
