My son was looking for a used Honda. Mehdi found him a 2012 Honda Accord at a very good price. My son even though a recent college grad was able to qualify for an excellent rate of interest on the financing and much better than I could get him and I work for a bank. Mehdi made the process very easy and pleasant and we were very pleased with the entire process. My husband found a truck there too and he wasn't even looking. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

This car was bought to get me to work. 100 miles rt each day. Also took it sightseeing throughout southwest. Averaged 34 mpg or more. So great on gas. Enjoyed the sound and comfort. Love the backup camera. Good roomy trunk with fold down back seats. All around solid car.

Heavy rattling noise coming from under the car, took car to the dealership they "said"they fixed the problem that was a lose bracket on the trunk...noise was the same as we leave the dealership, key fob system error back to the dealership they said batteries needed to be changed, we changed batteries same problem for about 3 weeks by now, new issue driver's door handle ( outside ) the cheap plastic detail ( chromed ) came of from the other cheap black plastic part... mileage has been going down and a full tank won't last as before ( and car has been taken to the dealership for "maintenance" ( hopefully they actually do their job) but I'm starting to believe they just walk around the car without touching the car and just charge the bill...since costumers just sit in the waiting area...and wait 3 to 5 hours for them to "finish"... Very disappointed on Nissan Sentra SV 2016...and service on the dealership is turning sketchy...( Nissan downtown los Angeles) and we'll just waiting for more bad things to happen...what happened to new cars??? Now a day are all disposables in a couple of years.. Not well built like they used to be.

We were not prepared to have to buy a new vehicle, but our car was totaled in an accident. We had just purchased our first new home and had incurred a lot of expenses. They were willing to work with not only our low credit, but the insurance and gap people, as well to help get us into a car when our rental ran out. Even with our old loan still showing, they were able to show the banks the insurance/gap were paying it off. MANY other dealers weren't willing to work with our situation, but since they are a larger company they were able to still make things happen. We were afraid of needing to uber for an extended length of time and didn't want to throw money down the drain. They were caring enough to take not only our business but to also give us a loaner car until our car was ready. They also drove our car up from another dealer which made the sale. We had our hearts in our old kia sorento (we originally talked with the managers at kia next door), but were able to find something comparable in size and price, with less miles, more warranty and coverage, and a few extra bells and whistles our old car didn't have. After purchasing, they did a full inspection and checked our brakes, they also gave us a week to comment on any scratches/chips/or things not working correctly, that they will fix. On top of that, they were able to work across dealers under "Fred Anderson" to ensure we got the car we wanted/needed in a timely manner so we wouldn't continue to incur out of pocket expenses. They even brought a car from the neighbor store to do a side by side comparison. This whole process from the date of total to the date of purchase was 2 weeks, however working with the Nissan team of Raleigh was a 3 day process due to our situation. We are just thankful they could work with our situation and help us out! Also, due to us getting a car from the fayetteville store, there wasn't room to lessen the price, but they worked with us to keep our payment lower while including protection and gap insurance. Overall, we experienced a rainbow after the storm, and are quite happy with our decision to go with Fred Anderson!

We were in need of a car after someone hit my wife's SUV and totaled it. I searched on the internet, and saw a car I was interested in at Hannah's. We went down there and they were super busy, but they found the time to stop and help us by letting us test drive the car, and taking it to our mechanic for him to give us the thumbs up, or thumbs down. We had the car for over half a day, and Hannah's did not call or bug us. We got the thumbs up, and have now driven the car for over two years. The only problems we've had were with sensors, which couldn't have been seen during the inspection. We fixed the sensors, and the car rides like a dream. Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I first became interested in this car after hearing commercials about it constantly. They were saying it had a new design with lots of room so I decided to check it out! I didn’t like the old design but I thought the new one was very cute. It was roomy, which was key because I’m a paraplegic and needed space to put my wheelchair. I wanted something at a reasonable price, which it was, but I knew I needed leather to slide across to make it easier to get in and out. In the end, I probably should’ve worked harder to get my price down by oh well. I’ve been extremely happy with my car because it’s a nice change to have something reliable. I’ve had it over two years now and I think my only complaint would be that it’s a really rough ride. I have been in the passenger seat letting my niece drive with her learners permit and it is so bumpy everywhere! Otherwise, I love my Nissan Sentra!

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! This car met and exceeded my needs. No complaints so far. Handles well, and looks nice. Only problem I have noticed so far is that the breaks are fairly squeaky despite being in good condition.

We bought a 2012 Honda CR-V LX with 16,671 miles recently. The entire experience was first rate: From searching online for the right vehicle (price, features, condition) to the buying experience and through delivery. Everything was accurate and straight forward. Our new car met all expectations when delivered: Clean. No apparent defects.The items listed as imperfections were barely perceptible. Our test drive before accepting the car was flawless. Our delivery person was friendly, professional and informative. After delivery, I took our new car to our long-time trusted mechanic for an in-depth inspection. He was impressed with all aspects of our new car. His only comments were associated with (1) light under-body rust and original equipment tires with few miles, plenty of tread, in good condition but six years old. All manuals, one full feature key, and one valet key were provided. (Two full feature keys would have been nice.) Documentation of Carvana's 150 point inspection was not provided. This, too, would have been a nice addition to complete the sale documentation. All-in-all, close to a perfect buying experience! So much so that I'm looking forward to purchasing another vehicle from Carvana in the near future.

Carvana has the most Happy & Helpful Reps. I have ever dealt with. I called a LOT leading up to my delivery, One poor guy was on the phone with me for nearly an hour trying to deal with my bank (it was fully automated and difficult), but the entire time he remained happy and kept chatting with me as we got through the process, I felt important and extremely valued. Anywhere else would have just put me on hold for ten minutes at a time, but not my new friends at Carvana! The entire Experience - from browsing online, to the first test drive - was very enjoyable ! I almost want to buy another car so I can do it all over again... it sounds like a joke, but you will understand when you experience it yourself. 🎶Car-vana-oooo-na-na🎶

I made my purchase on 5/19/2018. I am so happy with my vehicle! The website was super user friendly, I really liked the filters you can apply to give you all the options at the terms you want. I appreciated the fact that I could get my personalized financing terms without a hard hit on my credit, in the event I didn't go through with a purchase. The customer advocates on the phone and at the store were all really friendly. This was actually a really fun experience, getting to have my car come down from the vending machine and put into a bay just for me. No hassle, no haggling, no commission driven salespeople, it was great! And I have received follow up calls from both Carvana and the financing company asking how I'm liking my car and explaining everything. This has been a great experience from start to finish! I bought a 2016 Lexus GS 350 two weeks ago through Carvana. What drew me in initially was a great price (nearby dealership was about $3,500 more for almost an identical car with similar mileage) and a user friendly website that made it easy to tour the car. You also get a FREE copy of the carfax report. With saving as much money as I did I wasn't expecting good customer service. Boy was I wrong, when I called to discuss adding a trade in car to my purchase I was greeted by a positive helpful person. All my future calls to confirm pickup date and verify my back account funds were also with very upbeat positive customer service people. I was relived with how stress free they made the process. They have even streamlined how they verify you have enough money in your account for car purchase. The 7 day money back guarantee is nice and I was pleasantly surprised that Carvana sent me emails following up on how car was driving and reminding me how many days I had left on 7 day guarantee. Other companies would have gone out of there way to try to make your forget about the 7 days to lower the chance you might return. This showed me the confidence Carvana has in their car quality. I bought the car on Black Friday and was very impressed that the day after my 7 days was up. Carvana made sure my $1000 promotion check was overnight mailed to me. Picking up the car was a fun experience with putting the token in the machine. Lastly and most importantly the car drives great and looks exactly like it did on the website. To be safe I took it too dealership for an inspection and they confirmed the car was in great shape and the tires were basically new. My next car will also be from carvana.

The car was ok,but had problems from the start, sensor light that would not go out for a while (it was fixed after about 4 service calls),started to have a rattling sound. I only had the car a year that's when I traded it for the Altima. It was good on gas,but the Altimas better.
