My wife and I just stopped by Last Monday to investigate a lease price on a new Rogue. Had no real intentions of purchasing then due to the fact that we still had 3 lease payments to make on our Altima. We were greeted By Sales Associate Tim Kaplan, He asked what our intentions were & explained our options in depth. He was very patient & very knowledgeable in regard to the Rogue models as well as the amenities & trim levels that were available. We spent a good 45 minutes to an hour looking for a vehicle and then test driving one. We did not expect to take a Rogue home that night, however after negotiating with Tim and then with the store manager Tyler Forzani getting involved, we decided to lease our vehicle that night. A very nice experience and both Tim & Tyler were wonderful to deal with. I did not get involved in the financing portion of the transaction as my wife handled that part. However, she said that the finance manager Pete S. was very friendly and helpful while explaining all of the transaction details also. While I waited for the vehicle to be readied for delivery I spent time chatting with another very friendly sales associate Charlie Gheya. All were concerned with our needs and very professional ; all around nice guys. Would purchase here again. Thanks Guys !!! Al T.

I was looking for a specialized vehicle that could tow horse trailers and yet provide comfort and style. I went to the dealership closest to the house and was hooked on the Armada from the moment Jimmy showed us one on the lot. We then requested a very specific color/interior scheme and they found the car that day and we were driving by the end of the day with a great deal. Jimmy, Ishon and the entire team made it easy and the experience was very positive. My wife LOVES the SUV, the technology onboard is phenomenal and the seats are the most comfortable seats I have ever sat in.
I was looking for a CPO Acura TLX All Wheel Drive. There are not a lot of them out there particularly at this time of year. I have been getting my car serviced at Elite Acura for years and have always had positive experiences.
I met with Giovanni Paparo and he showed me a 2015 TLX all wheel drive. He was very personable and no pressure at all. I purchased many cars over the years and Giovanni made this one of the most pleasant experiences. He gave me a better price than other Acura dealers that had the same car with the same equipment and mileage. There was no back and forth or "I have to talk to my manager, etc." He made an offer. I gave him a counter offer and we met at a place where we both felt the deal was reasonable. He even came in on his day off to accommodate my schedule. When it was time to sign the papers, Adriano did a great job explaining all of the additional warranties that were available. There was no pressure or trying to talk me into something I did not want.
Giovanni and Adriano are the guys to see if you are in the market for a car, whether it is an Acura or otherwise!
I had a great experience from beginning to end with trading in my older car and buying a used car. I really appreciated that my salesman was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional, as was the finance woman.
I like this dealership. Although some staff was a little pushy and the posted details of the vehicle that I purchased were not 100% accurate (i.e. didn't have heated rear seats and backup camera as posted). I will say that the sales person (Walt) that I dealt with was very nice and I'm glad that I worked with him.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. They were very nice. The cars I looked at were very clean. I ended buying a different vehicle from a different dealership simply because of the specific vehicle I wanted. But I put money down on a vehicle, and was refunded and even then they didnt pressure me and still were very nice throughout the process.
Mary Kelly went above and beyond to make my car buying experience stress free and frankly enjoyable. She worked with her General sales manager, John who was equally as pleasant to get me the exact car and price I wanted to be at. I will be back for years to come and cannot thank them enough!
