My husband and I went in to Middletown Nissan to see a 2017 Infiniti QX70 that was on Cars.com. I was apprehensive because my car that I owned was still fairly new and in excellent condition but have always loved the QX70 so went to see. Needless to say, we left with the car.
The process was very relaxed. Our Sales Representative, Kaylen Torres was very helpful and did not push at all knowing I was struggling with the decision to trade in my car. During the buying process, we were asked what they could do for us to finalize the decision of buying the new car. Honestly, that was the first time I have experienced that at a car dealership.

For the past 6-8 months we have been shopping for a car. We had some basic things we wanted and thought new car was the route to go but we found a lot of cars we were interested in at Veb Auto. Speaking with Albert we never knew you could get a used car with such low miles. We narrowed our car to an Infiniti and the Sleek Black color with chrome highlights. I loved it but my wife loved it more it was a Q70 xxxx thing made heads turn and it had under 15000 miles. This is Brand New to us and we saved a lot of $$. The entire experience was easy. They got us financed with a great rate. We took a trip to the Grocery Store we came across VEB and now I know we will purchase more in the future here. We Really appreciate their time and also appreciate them knowing the product. Never felt pushed never felt rushed. All together it felt right for us. All their cars in the lot are clean and look better than the ones on the New Dealership lots and you have a big selection. You would be silly not to pass by if your shopping for a car.
I highly recommend stopping here first when looking for a vehicle.Visited a lot of dealerships looking to get my car and I can honestly say that this dealership was better than any other one I visited. They had a great selection of vehicles and where very positive and friendly. Wow...what a relief!
I was driving home yesterday in my 2014 Infiniti Q70, when I took corner at slow rate of speed, I glanced in my rearvew mirror and observed a vehicle who apparently would have liked to take turn at faster pace. As I looked forward again I heard pop...and immediately saw passenger side mirror ??? Not normal....as a car fanatic ...lol...lover I ...said ...shoot..lol
To clarify I knew ...I didn't hit people or property because had clear view as making turn.
Anyhow to get to point ....pulled over checked side of car ...looked fine ...knew I couldn't do much on side street ...so quickly decided to just use scotch tape I had in glove box, to tape assembly ...mirror (which was intact)...address nightmare...lol...I take pride in keeping my car mint...and I think most car lovers would agree ...until restored ...issue fixed
As I was driving rest of way home...seeing taped mirror started bugging me...I know just a car ...could be worse...I'm probably a little shallow...lol
And I know this is review of service department at county line Nissan ...but I think background is relavant to why I'm so thankful to have trusted dealer ...service advisor.
So obviously I'm anxious to get mirror fixed...quickly.
Now the cost to diagnose repair...could I do myself...autobody ..dealer (which is hour drive)...
Thought about whether to put in claim with insurance company ...kind of quickly ruled that out ...quite sure I have 1000 comp and collision deductible ..
Not to cry poverty but new I had very little ...64.14...lol

Very tired when I got home so decided to forget till tomorrow morning.
Got up early and did some research on side mirror repair...glass, entire unit etc etc...
Was feeling a little better ...rested ...and happy that glass and unit seemed to be intact...hadn't inspected fully yet but seemed better than some examples in research ...where glass and or whole unit dangling or broken....learned that adhesive ...locktite glue is used to adhere glass to plastic plate on top of mechanism ..,
Thought about buying some ...where to buy...if after further inspection I thought I could try repairing myself ....
Then self doubt set in ...lol...would I make it worse ...would glass fall off
I needed wanted professional help! For my car..lol
Without sidetracking much further ....I thought of dealer, county line Nissan ...which I have used for all maintenance ....and absolutely love.
But, as I am housesitting for friend....was about hour away.....but decided they were my best shot to get straight best course of action ...for temporary fix ...and/or options for complete repair .
All right I'll get to point!
Get there...first in line...Quinn, Service Operations Manger gives me red carpet greeting as usual ...quietly listens to my sob story ....right out of gate comforts me with best case scenario ....oh sometimes they /glass just pop off....been to many other dealers who ????

So kind considerate professional ....says go relax in service area ...as he himself is peeling off scotch tape ...I'll take a look and be right in....within 5 minutes he comes in and says your all set.....
Now you know why I dragged you through all the superfluous background ...can you imagine how happy I was/am:):)

Shortly after entering the building we were graciously greeted by Anita. It was a cold Friday and we were offered snacks and hot beverage. Our questions were answered. At no time did I felt pressured to buy any vehicle. We requested to drive multiple cars and I didn't felt like I was testing their patience by the various requests. The rest of the rest were respectful but Anita stood out, she is the epitome of what it mean to be a great customer care respresentatives
The lot at Carite has a vast selection. I came there with a one track mind and was only going to purchase a Rav4 but ended up with a Nissan instead. So much to choose from, the cars appears clean and well taken care of.
