We bought a car from Shawn about 3 years ago at Boch for my wife and were pleased with both Shawn and the overall experience. Shawn took care of all the little stuff that makes you feel he cares and understands your concerns. When it was time to get another car we were so happy to see him walking across the showroom towards us. Nothing had changed. He remembered us and made us feel so at home. His knowledge of the process and the car 2018 Camaro were great. He got right in the car and set up the Onstar, made sure I understood the controls and helped me with the radio too. He had away of making us feel almost like Friends. He seemed as happy to see us as we were to see him. The rest of the staff both service and finance were great as well. We had never been to Boch Chevrolet before and it went so well that our family, father in law,2018 impala, and brother 2019 malibou, and now my Camaro is 4 cars in 3 years. The last 3 were all because of that first time for my wife's car. Shawn was the start of all this and we think he is great. Little stuff like washing the car quickly when we came back for first sticker and stuff like that seems like regular stuff at Boch and really stands out. We will come back will continue to recamend both Boch and Shawn in the future.

This car was bought to get me to work. 100 miles rt each day. Also took it sightseeing throughout southwest. Averaged 34 mpg or more. So great on gas. Enjoyed the sound and comfort. Love the backup camera. Good roomy trunk with fold down back seats. All around solid car.

Before I tell my story I just want to Say that Big Joe is amazing and I consider myself lucky to have worked with him. My day started with a 1.5 hour drive to the Auto Mile to look at some Honda Pilots at Big dealerships. At each one I was Cattle Prodded through their "process". No fun! Then a GREAT deal on a 2015 Pilot popped up on CarGurus. It was 20 miles away and at a used car dealer called Huggard & Ewing - wearily I left the big dealers and went to take a look - so glad I did! I met Big Joe right at the front door. Told him what I was there to see and he let me know it had just come in and was yet to be serviced for sale - they service all the cars before sale and Chris in service is super thoughrough. It turns out the car was three miles away and without knowing ANYHTING about me or my finances (and without trying to convince me to look at other cars on the lot) Big Joe grabbed the keys to a Lincoln and said "jump in, let's go see that truck". Joe and I wandered around and inspected the Pilot in the pouring rain then I took it for a drive, the truck was great and I put down a deposit with plans to pick it up 3 days later before a 10 day driving vacation. Joe and I also connected on a personal front as we determined during our drive our families have some mutual friends. The day before pick up I got a call from Joe who was concerned that when in Drive the differential lock feature (full time 4wd vs AWD) was not kicking in and he didn't want me to take the car until it was figured out. So, still under warranty it was off to Honda. I was leaving for 10 days the following day and expressed concern to Joe about the timing and deposit. He said "enjoy your vacation, the Pilot will be here when you get back, if you don't want it then you get your deposit back." It turned out that the differential was JUST FINE, Joe And I did not know it had to be in D2 verses Drive to kick in (basically only to be used if your stuck and need the low gear power and traction). Ok, we learned something and it was operator error :) The amazing thing is that Joe and H&E management held that perfectly ready (and incredibly priced) truck on the lot nearly 2 weeks until I returned! Not many (if any) used car dealerships would do that! Big Joe is honest, trustworthy, and truly a customer advocate - something that is hard to find in any profession! The rest of the team did great work on the vehicle and made sure EVERYTHING was great the day I arrived, Thanks to Chris and the whole H&E team. This is probably the third review I have ever written, but the team there deserves the props!

Mario Lee was my salesman and the best one I ever dealt with. 👍🏽 He was very attentive, professional and friendly. I really appreciate how much he went above and beyond and how personable he was. He made me feel very comfortable and did not pressure me at all even when I initially went to look at the vehicle. While it was a week before I returned to take a final look before I purchased the vehicle, Mario was so responsive and quickly and effectively addressed any concerns or questions I had. I was so indecisive and kept contacting him to reiterate details. He was so patient and never came off persistent or annoyed. This is far my most positive experience compared to 7 other dealerships I delt with. When I purchased the vehicle Mario held his promise to ensure that the minor concerns were taken care of. When I returned to pick up my readily vehicle it was Mario???s day off and he went out of his way to meet me at the dealership I felt so bad for making him wait for me as I kept changing the time and by the time I got there we were unable to take a picture together I felt so horrible but this gentleman, Jose Garcia filled in for him and took care of us. He was great very outgoing and funny. Thank you Bourne???s for everything! I would so recommend Bourne???s Auto to my friends and family. Amy Pawloski was the person I initially had contact with she would immediately follow up with me. She reached out to me to let me know of the price dropping. David O was very thorough and took the time to make sure I understood the financial process.

Heavy rattling noise coming from under the car, took car to the dealership they "said"they fixed the problem that was a lose bracket on the trunk...noise was the same as we leave the dealership, key fob system error back to the dealership they said batteries needed to be changed, we changed batteries same problem for about 3 weeks by now, new issue driver's door handle ( outside ) the cheap plastic detail ( chromed ) came of from the other cheap black plastic part... mileage has been going down and a full tank won't last as before ( and car has been taken to the dealership for "maintenance" ( hopefully they actually do their job) but I'm starting to believe they just walk around the car without touching the car and just charge the bill...since costumers just sit in the waiting area...and wait 3 to 5 hours for them to "finish"... Very disappointed on Nissan Sentra SV 2016...and service on the dealership is turning sketchy...( Nissan downtown los Angeles) and we'll just waiting for more bad things to happen...what happened to new cars??? Now a day are all disposables in a couple of years.. Not well built like they used to be.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. While hunting for a great deal on a minivan for my family of five over the course of a few days, I came across a 2015 Kia Sedona at Midway Automotive in Abington MA. The Kia was listed at a very competitive price, and the reviews for both the van and Midway were very high, so we headed over to Abington. We showed up and met Bob Hurley, a guy with 30+ years of experience in auto sales, including a long stretch as the owner of a dealership himself. Bob, the father of a big family and a dedicated local baseball coach, was terrific from start to finish. I have never appreciated high pressure sales of any kind (does anyone?), and Bob was a down to earth, direct, friendly guy who respected that. After taking the van for a test drive, my whole family really loved the car. It turned out that it had a slight issue with the motor that opens and closes one of the sliding doors. We bought it with Bob's assurance that the door would be taken care of. He promised us that he would do his best to have the issue rectified before our long annual drive to Lake Ontario, just a few days away. Each day he communicated with us about the progress, and tonight, just in time for our first trip as a minivan crew, we brought our awesome new Kia home. I'm very grateful for Bob Hurley's professionalism. Also noteworthy was Dave Bingham in Midway's finance department. He helped us secure a fantastic bumper-to-bumper extended warranty for a reasonable price, given the peace of mind that it brings me. Dave, like Bob, was also a very amiable guy, and we appreciated his guidance on the money end of things. One last thing - it's been a while since we bought a car, and I was impressed by the fact that we didn't even have to go to the RMV to get new plates, registration, inspection, etc. It was all taken care of by Midway. So let me add my voice to the many who have helped Midway Automotive earn a recent 2017 Consumer Satisfaction Award from this site, DealerRater. Midway is an independent dealer of pre-owned vehicles in Abington, MA. They gave my family their best service, and I wish them the best of success in return.

I first became interested in this car after hearing commercials about it constantly. They were saying it had a new design with lots of room so I decided to check it out! I didn’t like the old design but I thought the new one was very cute. It was roomy, which was key because I’m a paraplegic and needed space to put my wheelchair. I wanted something at a reasonable price, which it was, but I knew I needed leather to slide across to make it easier to get in and out. In the end, I probably should’ve worked harder to get my price down by oh well. I’ve been extremely happy with my car because it’s a nice change to have something reliable. I’ve had it over two years now and I think my only complaint would be that it’s a really rough ride. I have been in the passenger seat letting my niece drive with her learners permit and it is so bumpy everywhere! Otherwise, I love my Nissan Sentra!

Never expected things to go so smoothly, but they went so far above & beyond what any ordinary sales / finance staff would have done to put me in a car I absolutely LOVE! They paid attention to my needs, listened to my situation, and got me off a "sinking ship" and into a stunningly gorgeous 2006 with only 56k on it -- what a rare find! They're the BEST, and if I ever have a son, I may have to name him Charles David!! The car was ok,but had problems from the start, sensor light that would not go out for a while (it was fixed after about 4 service calls),started to have a rattling sound. I only had the car a year that's when I traded it for the Altima. It was good on gas,but the Altimas better.

The thought of going into a big dealership used to dread me, all I could think about was the countless hours I would be there and what mysterious fustration lied ahead, however my experience at Boch Nissan South was so far from my worries from even before I went in the dealership till I drove home in my new (to me) car I was amazed by the excellent service and caring staff! Elliot was very patient and persistent with me as I went back and forth via text with him over a span of weeks trying to narrow down what car best fit my needs. I drove an hour away from CT, pulled in a parking spot right by the front entrance and Elliot opened the door for me and welcomed me in (not even knowing it was me!) he had 3 cars waiting for me to look at right in the front. I appricated that because I didn't have to be so indecisive, I test drove the one I liked the best and we went back to his office and shared funny stories as I filled out documents and waited for my financing to be approved. This definitely made the time pass by without any agony...It was good to know I was dealing with real, caring people who wanted the best for me and not just a sale! Elliot stayed in contact with me through the whole process even after my car was registered and I picked it up...making sure I didn't have any problems and I was satisfied with my purchase. Thank you Elliot and the whole team! I would most definitely recommend my loved ones to consider Boch Nissan South when they are in the car market. BTW I 💜 my Altima!! Thanks again!

I walked in looking at Tacomas, thinking my credit was perfect because of Credit Karma. Miguel introduced himself and we started talking. I told him I loved Toyota and their Tacomas but, was looking for something a little bigger due to my job. He showed me a couple Chevys, which were beautiful but, I'm just a Yota guy. I told him I was thinking of a Tundra and Miguel said, "I've got one coming in tomorrow! Come check it out!" And so I did. And I loved it! However, come to find out My Credit Karma score was way off.. Way off! By almost 100 points!! Nonetheless, here I am today; a proud Tundra owner! I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

I spent weeks trying to find a newer car with a great price. I found this place and they had just what I was looking for. My fiancé and I showed up and looked around the lot. I purchased a Kia Sedona which was priced well below the dealers I looked at for similar miles and exact same features and color. Barry was my sales rep and was very helpful, knowledgeable and seemed to just want to make me happy and not sell me like some of the dealerships do. I was happy to not get the runaround on financing. I went in with pre-approval from my credit union and Hertz did better on the interest rate than my credit union which is excellent. None of the typical "what do you want to pay per month" then you end up with a higher interest rate and longer term. None of that. I looked at the Kia on a Thursday night, did the paperwork (they stayed after closing to get it done - most dealers will use the closing deadline to pressure you into a deal that is not right for you) and then picked up the just cleaned and gassed up van on Friday afternoon. I will go back to them for future purchases without hesitation. The prices are right and they don't use high pressure sales tactics.

My Sentra SR is loaded, sunroof, heated leather seats, Bose audio, Navi, but what I like most is how smooth it is on the road, and the great road feel and handling I get with active understeer. The fuel economy and rear passenger room is also impressive. This is my 3rd Sentra in a row.
