This car was bought to get me to work. 100 miles rt each day. Also took it sightseeing throughout southwest. Averaged 34 mpg or more. So great on gas. Enjoyed the sound and comfort. Love the backup camera. Good roomy trunk with fold down back seats. All around solid car.

I'd like to comment on Sher Grey. I spoke over the phone with her about some online vehicles she had posted. I was so impressed with her knowledge and concern towards my situation in being able to get me into the car I was really wanting. She was straight up with me and said she'd do all she could to get me in the car . I finally felt like there actually was someone out there in this car business that I didn't have to worry that I was being taken advantage of . Braden was a great salesman to work with! We were looking to trade in my old car that was in service at Jackie Cooper for a Nissan Juke - a car I've had my eye on for 3 years! Not only did Braden (& Matt) help get us a great trade in deal, but he was courteous and caring through the whole process. When I realized I'd left something valuable in my old car, he and Kim (at the desk) were quick to recover what I'd left and kept it safe until I could get there. I believe this is the 5 or 6th vehicle we have purchased from Jackie Cooper Nissan. I am a dentist and have recommended many of my patients to this dealership, especially to Brandon Willis for their car buying needs. This last Saturday afternoon, we had a bit of a family emergency and my youngest daughter needed a vehicle by Saturday evening. I called Brandon Willis at 2:17 PM. I explained the situation, what I was looking for and the price range. By 6:11 PM Brandon had the perfect vehicle for us. He had it cleaned beautifully (looked like a brand new vehicle!) he had made sure it had its thorough safety inspection; he had the specs, the maintenance records and the "CarFax" ready for us. My daughter and Brandon went for a test drive and by 7:21 PM with the help of AJ Amini in purchasing, I was driving this fabulous vehicle home to my daughter. I purchased the power-train warranty , the tire and wheel protection and the maintenance contract, also. Jackie Cooper Nissan's garage, headed by Cliff, has been so fantastic with all of our other vehicles that I wanted that same excellent service to be convenient for my daughter too. I???ve given a five star rating because, MJ Amini and Richie Fruechting were amazing in the process of getting me approved for my new car loan. I have to say that no one will ever work harder for a customer than MJ Amini. I was having a problem being approved by 5 lenders including my lender that I had at the time, due to ratings even though I had made all my payments on time and never been late on my credit card or my car note, and a decent credit score of 640, I was still denied. MJ and the team whom ever was involved in my approval process went to bat for me and was able to get me an approval for the loan, with a small down payment on my new 2018 Nissan Altima SR. That???s not counting over five grand in rebates that I qualified for. If you have ever had any problems that I was experiencing please go see the Jackie cooper Nissan team and they will do everything they can to get you approved. Best car experience counting. I previously bought a 2014 Nissan Sentra and had the same experience with MJ Amini... but now MJ Amini is the finance manager but still can???t ask for anyone better than him. Lots of respect for Jackie cooper Nissan team.

I recently purchased a used Lexus GX460 from Mark Hughes at Jackie Cooper. I had looked around quite a bit online. I had pretty much narrowed it down to a few different colors / option packages. This left about 10-15 cars within 1,000 miles of me to choose from. I contacted a handful of the dealers who had the cars that fit my criteria. Mark Hughes was, without a doubt, the most thorough and responsive of any of the salesmen I spoke with. I probably should have bought it from the get-go, however, there was a similar vehicle much closer to me. I actually drove 250 miles to go pickup the other vehicle, and when I got there, it had some very obvious (and very bad) prior repairs that had not been disclosed. So, I was even more hesitant to travel from Murfreesboro, TN to Tulsa, OK to buy the GX Jackie Cooper had. However, I talked it over with Mark, he assured me that the vehicle was as described, and we came to an agreement. He went WAYYY above and beyond to ensure that the vehicle was as he was describing it, and I was not let down once I arrived. Mark picked me up at my hotel the morning after I arrived. We took the car for a test drive. Got back to the dealer and looked it over. Signed some papers. And then I got on the road. No force feeding me an extended warranty. They did exactly what we agreed on. The car had been checked out and cleaned up as well as could possibly be done. It looked FLAWLESS, which is incredible for a 6 year old/100,000 mile vehicle. They included records where it had recently been to a Lexus dealer for a recall that could only be performed by a Lexus dealer (which Jackie Cooper is not), as well as a service, new air filter, and a few other odds and ends. The vehicle was IMMACULATE. It had a fresh oil change, and a full tank of gas. No noises, squeaks, or engine lights. No unmentioned damage. It was just perfect. I've purchased new cars for more than double the price of my new GX and didn't get the kind of service I got buying a used from from Mark and Jackie Cooper. This is how it should be. I would recommend Jackie Cooper to anyone, and I have all the confidence in the world knowing that they are doing things the way it's supposed to be done. I must say, it is rare to have a "perfect day," but I got to experience that yesterday. I had bought a 2009 Nissan GTR sight unseen back in 2008, and had to finally except the realization that I was too old to drive it or appreciate what the vehicle was capable of. Took it in for service at Jackie Cooper and had the pleasure of dealing with Joey, and Jacob, the GTR certified mechanic. I realized it was time to finally let my GTR go, but wanted to stay with Nissan given the "professionalism" displayed by the service department. So sight unseen, I call Pierce, the New Car Sales Manager, and order a 2018 Nissan Maxima that he had on the lot. Just to push it to him, I asked if he could throw in some all season floor mats and a trunk protector, and he did not hesitate. So I go off yesterday to trade in my GTR for a Maxima. What an incredible experience. You can't even make this stuff up, but the staff was incredible. Starting with Todd, the sales agent. It was a cold and rainy day, and the guy pulled out all of the stops to make sure I was getting what I signed up for...truly an incredible sales agent. Then I get handed off to "MJ," likewise a professional who knows his business and didn't push or pressure anything. Yet another "class act" at Jackie Cooper. Now here's the "kicker." having returned home in the new Maxima, I find I actually like it more than my former GTR (go figure.) It's xxxx getting older, but Nissan is becoming a "force" in the auto world...I feel like I totally lucked out and had the best Trade/Sales experience anyone could imagine. Thank you Jackie Cooper Nissan for affording me a "perfect day,' as it took my breath away.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol.

I ended up having to get this car because I went in and wanted the Nissan Rogue 2017 and did not test drive because it was snowing. Did not like it at all. I switched it out for this 2018 Nissan Sentra. I am sure the car will be reliable but I having to get use to having it.

I bought my last Sentra SL in 2008 and traded in a 2018 Nissan Sentra SR Midnight Edition. I had almost 100,000 miles on my last Sentra and had no major problems with it over 10 years. I test drove a Corolla that had almost the same upgrades as Nissan Sentra SR Midnight. The Sentra seemed a little less plastic and more refined at this price point. Plus, looks great outside for a “grocery getter”. Test drive one and i’ll think you’ll like it!

I was shopping for a used Chrysler Town & Country Van in excellent condition that had a 6-way power seat on the front passenger side and was white on the exterior. This particular model was very hard to find and CarMax only had about 4 of these nationwide out of about 340 Town & Country vans that they had in stock. I found one on-line that was in Texas that I liked. I contacted Brian Bricken and he started the process of having this particular van transferred to Tulsa. He called and let me know when it was here and ready to test drive. Brian was very easy to work with during the entire process. I test drove the van and liked it. Then I went through the actual buying process at CarMax which was quick and painless. Once I bought the van I took it to Christian Brothers Automotive on 81st street and for $99 plus tax they did a very thorough inspection and only found a few minor things that they recommended to be fixed. I then made an appointment with the CarMax Service Department and Bob helped me through that process. He gave my an appointment to bring the van and have their tech go through my short list of things that needed fixing. They replaced all the windshield wiper blades. They purchased and installed a rechargeable flashlight that was supposed to be in the van. They they ordered a plastic threshold to replace on that was slightly cracked. They also replace a piece of weatherstripping that had a minor tear in the black rubber. I am very pleased with my entire CarMax experience. Now I understand why there are so very many vehicles running around town with "CarMax" emblems on the rear of the vehicle. The next time I need to purchase a vehicle I plan to go on-line and see what CarMax has to offer.

Transmission problems

I brought this car new less than 4 years ago and it is experiencing transmission problems, I'm the 3rd person I know in the last year having the same issue with the sentra. With servicing the car as scheduled and having major issues all ready I would not recommend this vehicle unless you have money to give away to dealer and mechanic.
