Exceptionally Great Service

I purchased a vehicle on 6/14 and Mike Tokatlyan was my sales consultant. He was patient, attentive, listened to my concerns and addressed the issues I had. He was competent and knowledgeable when it came to vehicles but also the general sales process. He was, considerate and hospitable in that I was in the dealership for several hours and from the time arrived until the time I left he paid close attention to any questions or other issues I had. I believe Mike is a great employee and asset to the dealership. Syed Rizvi was the manager I dealt with and he was very straightforward, reasonable and highly perceptive. Syed did not waste time with superlatives and lofty hyperbole as I have experienced at other dealerships in the past but he was very pragmatic and honest. I felt that he showed me a high level of respect and that the staff in the dealership, in turn, respected him very highly as well. Syed is also a great and I am sure integral asset to the dealership. Scott Corbett, like Mike and Syed was another great person to work with. He not only thoroughly understands finance and negotiating but he went out of his way to make sure that I got a great rate for my financing which is what i was concerned with. Scott also worked very quickly and thoroughly through the process despite circumstances changing in the middle of the negotiation. Scott also did a great job explaining other options I had in terms of protecting my vehicle with various services in a manner that was genuine and actually applicable to my situation. I drove 250 miles from Washington, DC and not only would I do it again for the level of service I received, but I would recommend friends, family members as well as complete strangers to do the same.
