Needed to purchase a newer used car for my daughter. We had a very good purchase experience with our sales person Jason and the rest of the staff. No pressure and the pricing is below KBB. Hertz Car Sales in Crystal Lake is a new found gem for me. They will now be considered for any future car needs.

These people should be given a purple heart award for care and understanding of their customers. They take pride in helping and finding ways to get you driving and approved. They have truly shown to go the extra mile
Excellent car buying experience at Crystal Lake Hertz car sales! Marty and colleagues are sincere and helpful. I didn't feel that I had to watch out for hidden tricks and tactics. Overall it was a very nice car buying experience. Definitely recommend to anybody who is looking for gently-used good-quality car.
I have been taking my Hondas (wife and I both have one) to Muller Honda of Gurnee since it was Rosen Honda back in the late 1990's. They always provide great service. Even when I would bring in my wifes old 1995 Civic with 250k miles, they always treated me well and I never felt looked down upon because " It's that guy again with the really old car". They were always very professional in evaluating my newer Honda or my wifes really old one and offering practical repairs. Meaning, I didn't experience a bunch of up-selling to fix problems with my 1995 civic that did have a few leaks and such but would not be worth dumping a ton of money into such an old car. My wife has a new 2018 Civic now and I am expecting the same great service I had in the past.
Came in to see a Lancer Evolution and was told if I was serious about purchasing the vehicle I should put down a reserve and then go to the bank and get a loan. It took me a week to get a loan and was contacted several times during and asked how the loan was going because they kept on getting calls about the vehicle. I was told afterwards if I had not put a reserve down on the vehicle someone would have definitely bought it, if you come and see a vehicle at this location that you are serious about buying I would 100% put a reserve down before getting a loan because these people are trustworthy.
I was a little put off by the fact that they were going to send me off without a copy of my multipoint inspection. When I brought it to the attention of the two service providers, they confirmed the only thing that came up was the three services (spark plugs, fuel injector, coolant flush) that they had told me about. Regardless, I wanted a copy of it for my records should anything happen or come up. Instead of asking the tech for it, the female service advisor just grabbed a blank one and marked everything 'green.' How do I know at that point that the inspection was even done? Quite frankly, this is the second dealership I've visited, and after countless issues with Kia overall, I am thankful my car is paid off and I will never get another one again.

Nissan of St. Charles is by far one of THE best dealerships I have ever worked with & the past two car-buying experiences have been with them! I went in looking to trade my current car for something bigger & newer, and Ryan helped me find the perfect car to match my budget and also all of my needs (unfortunately, I have "high-maintenance" taste (: ... so I've been told). They also had an amazing DEAL that I was fortunate to benefit from - Nissan gave me $5,000 towards my trade in car & also $1,000 towards a new down payment! Sales staff along with General Sales Managers were all very personable, polite, and determined to work with you so that you leave with something you love (& again, can also afford). HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
The Nissan team was outstanding. They answered every question I had. They worked with me though out the whole processes. As a first time new car buyer it was scary but they made you feel comfortable!! David (sales) and the GM and Adam of the finance dept. All did a fantastic job thank you guys so much.

I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I guess you can trust a car dealership. I did and they did not let me down. Thanks guys.
Don and Robert were awesome, both were very upfront and honest. I got a great deal on the RAM, but I also earned a couple of friends. I will go back to buy my next vehicle no doubt. Great business, great people, highly recommend Don but you better be ready to hear the truth bc he's a straight shooter.
