The Nissan team was outstanding. They answered every question I had. They worked with me though out the whole processes. I have never owned a Nissan but I'm glad I do now. This is the first time I've ever purchased a BRAND NEW CAR. I will most likely but another one in a couple years. I love all the features and the look of the car.
I love my Nissan sentra from Nissan of st.charles for what I pay i rather have a pick up because I'm a big guy that's the only thing that I dislike the should have known my size wouldn't go with this compact car..but it's safe and the millage is great.
I have been taking my Hondas (wife and I both have one) to Muller Honda of Gurnee since it was Rosen Honda back in the late 1990's. They always provide great service. Even when I would bring in my wifes old 1995 Civic with 250k miles, they always treated me well and I never felt looked down upon because " It's that guy again with the really old car". They were always very professional in evaluating my newer Honda or my wifes really old one and offering practical repairs. Meaning, I didn't experience a bunch of up-selling to fix problems with my 1995 civic that did have a few leaks and such but would not be worth dumping a ton of money into such an old car. My wife has a new 2018 Civic now and I am expecting the same great service I had in the past.
Made a trip from Ohio to purchase a used Murano that was listed in Cars.com. The vehicle had all the bells and whistles we were looking for at a fair price. Unfortunately, the vehicle did not have a panoramic sunroof but Zeigler listed it as including the sunroof. When we arrived and noticed the vehicle did not have a sunroof we decided against the purchase - it was a show-stopper for us. Zeigler quickly owned their mistake, sincerely apologized and made a commitment to lower the price and/or offer any vehicle on their lot at a discounted offer. The incorrect listing was an obvious error but we were very impressed with Zeigler's response to make the customer happy. We ended up not purchasing a vehicle but we were VERY satisfied with this dealership. P.S. - I noticed the listing was corrected the same day.
Saw a vehicle online and talked to the Manager Bill Meek on the phone. I drove over 100 miles and when I got to their dealership the car was outside, cleaned and ready to go. I drove it, fell in love with it and the best part was the buying experience. No hidden fees, no pressure to buy and the best was that I did not have to go through the entire negotiation hassle. It did not even feel like I was at a car dealership...Best Experience Ever!!!!
I consider this place quite a step up from rock chevrolet the people here seems to be more customer friendly and the place has a better feeling

The customer service that showed was top notch and no once did they harass or push into something I didn’t want , got what I needed for a great price can’t wait to go back to see what they will offer me this time
I went around almost 10-15 dealers in 3 days looking for good deal and customer service, At Mitsibishi Libertyville I got best deal and one of the best service, wonderful manager and employees

I got my nissan in August only has 13,000 on it right now and I am pleased to say that I made the right choice choosing this car it's very reliable great on gas and drives very smooth has tones of trunk space seating is very comfortable as well I wouldn't choose any other car
I dreaded going to a car dealership and spending hours looking for a car. However once I arrived at Libertyville Mitsubishi, I instantly felt at home, relaxed and comfortable. Milton, Jeff, and Walter were great. These guys truly put their customers first, and take the sting out of car buying. They had a great selection of cars to choose from. They listen to what their customers want first and do all possible to make it happen. I will recommend this dealership to family and friends. The entire experience was hassle free.

This really is a great vehicle, I owned a Pontiac Vibe before this car and I am 6? 2? and this car seems to have a lot more room than my previous car. This car is a sporty little car on the outside and it has some pep in the peddle too. Great car for the money!
I recently bought a used truck from this dealership and I received nothing but the best service! This was the first time I ever bought a car so I was alittle nervous at first. I knew the truck I wanted to look at but Lonnie made everything super easy from there on. He answered any questions I had and gave me his honest opinions which made me feel comfortable moving forward with making a huge purchase. His personality and communication skills made me enjoy the process and downtime I had while waiting. Jake from finance also was wonderful and helped explain in depth all the options I had to ensure my vehicle was going to be protected. Overall my experience was amazing and I will definitely go back to this dealership. They made sure I was happy throughout the entire process and I felt like they were just as excited as I was to be leaving with a new truck!

Car is stylish, reliable and affordable and good on gas. Car is built to endure wind speeds driving on the high way. Car has bluetooth and different modes you can put the car in depending on environment.
sales person was friendly and helpful, knowledgeable and demonstrated the basic features to get us started. he made sure the car was ready on schedule. the paperwork was necessary but tedious. cathy took the time to explain fully what was required and let us take breaks as needed.
It was the most prescious and most reliable car .

I wouldnt give it up for the world. I love my sentra. I dont care about mercedes. My sentra is my mercedes. My sentra will never die. I love it.
