On yesterday I went to Matt Bower Nissan to look around, not to buy are trade in. When I got there I was greeted with great service. I spoke with John Godfrey who assisted me by any means necessary. I was not looking to leave off the lot with a car, what’s so amazing I didn’t ask to see the cars he pick one out for me and it was perfect from that moment I knew I had to get this car. John made sure that happened even when I had doubts, he made sure I was one satisfied customer. Great job John Godfrey I will make sure I recommend your service. Nothing to say really just hate the wait timing to get your car services an they don’t give out loaner until your car ready but other then that the wait timing could get better.. thank to Donald n ms Stacie from speeding up the work on my car..happy costume
This post is to retract the prior post that I recently sent. I am very happy to report that my faith in Matt Bowers Nissan has been restored, and I’m very proud to be able to share that with everyone. I must commend and especially thank Reggie Bates for reaching out to me and exhibiting exemplary customer service skills in his determination to make me Whole in this process, and turned out to be instrumental in correctly solving the issue. I would now definitely buy another vehicle and recommend the dealership to people that I deal with. I’m so glad that everything was resolved and now I’m back to enjoying my beautiful vehicle. I’m still waiting on my vehicle to be service still didn’t get to drive it yet to get a survey yet on the car. My car salesmen never call me back abut the service on the car I had to call him.but he still never call me back to tell me about the car.still waiting but I do still have the loneners vehicle
Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Quick service. Easy to understand. Delivered when promised. Reasonable price. Nice waiting area with refreshments for customers. A place I will highly recommend.
I had to have extensive repairs done to my car because of an accident. Christian, my service representative, kept me updated during the 3-week repair and even had my recall issue, which was unrelated to the accident, taken care of while my car was there. There were a couple of minor issues after a I picked the car up and Christian made sure they were fixed within an hour. And, to top it all off, the owner, Troy Duhon, is very philanthropic - building a facility on site to feed the homeless. I highly recommend this dealership.
Lost transmission towing camper from Florida to Colorado. May 3rd. I coasted into the front of the dealership. I knew what was wrong. I just retired last year. 30 years in automotive after market. I sold parts to dealership's and any garage or repair shop in my market. ASE parts specialist. I looked at used Surburban's. I like my 2005. I went to the service department. Asked how long would it take to get a GM remanufactured unit. 10 minutes went by and I got my answer. We can have you back on the road tomorrow after lunch. I went for that deal. While we waited one of the salesmem offered to tow our camper over to used car department. Hooked us up with electric and water. We had our german sheapards with us too. They offered us a loaner car so we could get around while we waited. We didn't need that. We had a wonderful experience. This was one of the best experience in a repair shop I have had in a long time. I want to give everyone there a job well done. Thank you all because I must have spoken to most everyone. Lots of free coffee. Thank you again.
By far this was the best vehicle purchase I’ve made. The price was right, the financing was negotiated to a much lower rate than originally presented. The staff at this dealership worked hard to get me the best deal on my new car!
I purchased a 2013 Nissan Rouge from Reggie Bates, he got me approved with no money down!!! I went to Premiere and Ray Bryant they said they couldn't help me but Reggie Bates did! He even came to pick me up from home. He had me in and out in less than 30min!!!
And I am in my 60's I've never felt the experience I did with him!
