Oil change & 65,000 mile check

I was not greeted as I entered the office. No one looked up from their computers. I finally made eye contact. After that, I was immediately served. Waiting Room was pleasant. However, the music selection was very annoying....combination of rap and rock. With the television on and trying to read...it just provided noise! I waited two hours... Which I thought was very reasonable. When my car was done??? Check out was easy and efficient. In fact, the clerk used my points to lower my bill which I appreciated. The same person who helped me in the lobby escorted me to my car. She was attentive and kind. I don't know her name but she had long hair braids and sat directly across from the entrance door in the service department.
