This was my fourth dealership in four days, and when I arrived I was somewhat reserved because it was a larger office, but Allen was very professional when he greated me, and I was very surprised when he wanted to do a test drive right away, I had to ask him did he needed my drivers license, he was so polite I could not believe it. He was helpful in explaining my choice of vehicle, the contact agent how answered my online quote. Everything when so smooth, he???s my smooth operator ???Micheal Jackson???. Smile!!!
We were online car shopping and inquired about a vehicle. Within several minutes we were contacted by Lauren Bierria (client advisor). I was able to reach Lauren on the phone and we started chatting about the vehicle that I had inquired about. Long story short, we went the dealership, did a test drive, and bought the vehicle that my wife wanted. Lauren is easy to work with and he helped make buying this vehicle a pleasant experience. We would definitely deal with Lauren again. He is a nice guy and we enjoyed speaking with him.

Never had to wait and appointment times are taken seriously. Love being able to see my car being worked on! Very clean and nice atmosphere inside with good selection of snacks and drinks. They told me when it was almost done and had me out the door quickly and efficiently.
Very friendly staff. They did okay answering my questions, but I new more about the history of the vehicle than they did. There's a $599 handling fee that gets added to the sticker price, so make sure to ask about it up front.
I have taken my 9 year old Nissan vehicle to Sutherlin Nissan for the last 7 years for oil changes & any service issue. I would not consider taking my vehicle to any other service facility. I count always count on the service being performed correctly. There is a comfortable waiting area or there shuttle service will take you home, work or the mall. The service adviser team is friendly and knowledgeable. I value my relationship with Sherry Hosch. She is friendly, courteous & dependable. Sherry will go the "extra mile" to make sure you leave with a positive service experience and will call her when you vehicle is need for the next service.
Sherry was welcoming, efficient and got me in and out in record time. I had considered not returning to Sutherlin Nissan for my service needs due to an unfavorable previous service experience, but Sherry MAY have changed my perception. . My Husband and I bought an suv tonight from Robert. Our experience began with Ryan on the phone as he followed up on an internet deal. He talked with me about setting up an appointment and personally greeted us when we arrived. Robert was our sales team member and he was personable, honest and down to earth. He was up front about things in the car that we were looking at and didn???t push us to look out side of our price range. He was willing to help in anyway possibly and stayed an hour past closing to ensure we were taken care of. Jerome was the finance manager and he too was great! Walked us through the paperwork to minimize confusion and also stayed an hour past closing to take care of us. Ryan, Robert and Jerome made this car buying experience a memorable one. They made us feel welcome and treated us like family. I highly recommend this dealership.
