Buying a car is never easy I actually hate dealing with salespeople all they care about is themselves, that was until I came to Autofair Nissan of Chelmsford. I'm not going to lie I'm not the easiest guy to deal with , but the salesman Rithy Poth I worked with went out of his ways to show me the right car for my budget. He explained why this was the car I was looking for, understood my needs and saved me a ton of money in doing so. There wasn't all that back and forth he explained everything in easy to understand terms not the Car Lingo I'm so used to hearing when I go and buy a car somewhere else. This young man is very down to earth and will help you in anyway shape or form. I'll be sending all of my friends and family his way from now on he's my go to guy.

I don't even live in New Hampshire state. I was visiting a friend of mine, for a birthday party & since I was in the market for a Accord ; my friend suggested we take a quick look at the dealership that was just two miles from his place. I was greeted by one of the managers & handed over to Mike. From the beginning he was very open about the pricing & what he can sell the car for. The fact of the matter is he called on the phone another dealer I had seen earlier, to compare the charges with me listing in, never seen anyone do that before. If you known what exactly you want & have a fair price in mind, my two cents is these guy will most of the time meet it or beat it. Thanks Mike for all the help. Happy Holidays to you & your family.
I strongly recommend this dealer. They always have a brand new loaner car when i take the car in for service. I leased a QX60 from them three years ago. Every time i have had service they are professional and courtesy. Matt Shafman has always made sure my car was ready and service was completed before i came in to pick up. They even wash the car ever time i get service. The interior lights would not turn on i called and told them, they said to just bring it in without an appointment and they would take a quick look it was just a fuse only 5 minutes to fix and then they washed it. Love this place.

Went in for routine maintenance, asked them to check the tires and was able to get a good price and a next day appointment to get everything taken care of so I didnt have to take time out of my work week. Great experience as always with the guys at Kelly!
I recently purchased my 3rd infinity and had another great experience. Peterson who was the salesman on my last purchase, remembered me and met my every need and idiosyncrasies. He went well beyond most peoples tolerance with my seemingly silly requirements. After we made the deal, I worked with Kell signing. He also was very kind and friendly and I genuinely felt very comfortable working with him as a single woman alone. Not for one moment did I feel like I was an easy target for a slick sales pitch to get me to spend more than I was comfortable with. As a manager of a restaurant who deals with may employees that I???m not always proud of, you should be proud of Peterson and Kell???s representation of your dealership. Well done!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Justin was very helpful when I took the car in with a problem I thought should possibly have been solved in an earlier recent visit. He was willing to work with me and remained professional, understanding of my financial situation, and understanding of the reason I was a bit upset having to bring the car back so soon. In the end, I can say I do recommend the service, because of staff like this who are accommodating to someone in a tight spot like I was.
My experience was great while finding my car, Lou-Royce Christopher was an excellent help especially with getting back to me with information. He answered all my questions and worked very hard. In the end I found the perfect car for me and I???m very satisfied.
