I could not be more pleased with the service at McLarty Nissan. This is the fourth purchase my wife and I have made there. We always go to George Pree and he has always gotten us a great deal with no hassle and no hard sell. He is expertly knowledgeable about all the models and is very pleasant. We also utilize the McLarty Nissan service department for our maintenance and have always been treated very well there as well. Great people and great deals, that's what we find at McLarty Nissan.
Ben has always been very helpful every time that I have came in with an issue with my car. Whether it has been a tire replacement, wheel replacement, or regular maintenance, Ben has went out of his way to help out!
When we purchased our vehicle, I was a little frustrated with a couple of minor things. Ms. Tracy , from the dealership , called me and apologized for the oversight. She was very friendly and sincere. They had a very busy day on the day we were there and was running behind. I sincerely appreciated her taking time to call me and making things right, in a world of customer service being a thing of the past, it is nice to know that Superior really does care about the customer. Before my service appointment and I had purchased a fog light assembly and the service department willingly installed it. My service assistant, Cole was very willing to answer questions I had related to the 50,000 mile maintenance and I was very pleased with the service.
