For a few weeks my car started to move left and right upon acceleration. I looked online to see what the possible causes could be and found out it could be due to multple issues from tire pressure to alignment to wheel bearings. So I scheduled and appointment and took it in for a diagnostic test at the dealer in the morning. There was a fee for the diagnostic test then labor and parts if needed but it had to be done so i accepted. An alignment check showed both wheels moving in opposte directions and a technician needed to inspect it further. I had planned to wait for the repair but it was a busy day at the dealer and they decided to provide me with a car for the day free of charge. In the afternoon I was informed that it was a control bar that needed to be replaced but had to be ordered in and would not arrive till the next day. I was able to keep the loaner car over night so that helped. I was a little concerned about the repair bill but it had to be done. Some how the repair gods heard mr concerns. The next day i was so relieved to hear that the part and repair costs were covered under warranty. Luther Nissan was very professional and honest with the whole service process. I was reassured of my decision to choose them over another Nissan dealer.
No complaints. I was greeted warmly and respectfully. I arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled time and was seen right away. Taylor Minners is well polished and personable. The oil change and tire rotation were done before I had expected. I will definitely recommend Luther Nissan Kia Inver Grove Heighs to others. The coffee is good also.
Went in to find a car and Gil came out and helped me right away. Gil was very kind and helpful- Highly recommend!! He was patient when I was trying to figure out what type of car I was wanting and also test driving multiple vehicles. He knew his stuff but never felt pressured.
We bought a used car for my son. We had a few issues with getting the car but Morries's Nissan handled it well! They bent over backwards with helping us out..our salesman Jason even came in on his day off and the service manager Jermery was awesome also. We are very pleased and happy with Morries!!

We purchased a 2016 Murano in January, and their up front pricing was misleading at best. The price dropped while talking with the salesman, only to rise again because they forgot to tell us a key fob was missing, and that would cost $200.00. Our low mileage (33k) Honda trade in was also low balled. Love our Nissan, not so much this dealer.
I found the car that i wanted and did all of the paperwork to buy the car with me doing my own financing through my credit union. The deal in order to take delivery of the car they asked me to write out a check that they told me they would hold until the check arrived from the credit union (I was preapproved with the letter from the credit union stating this). this was Friday on Tuesday the check from the Credit Union arrived at the dealership and was signed for by their personnel and the same day they Deposited the check i wrote and cashed the check from the credit union. well i do not keep 13K in my checking account so needless to say the check was returned and i incurred an overdraft charge from my bank. I contacted my sales person and he said that they would make sure that i was reimbursed for their mistake i've contacted 2x and keep getting the same thing "yes we will reimburse you for that". its been over a month now and still have not seen a reimbursement check for 37.00 for the overdraft that was entirely their fault. so if doing your own financing beware of giving a check to cover the vehicle.
the buying process went great and the sales people were very friendly and they were even able to deliver my car to my home for me. I've bought 4 vehicles from walser automotive and this is the first problem that i have ever had with them. guess i might be looking at a different dealer if they can't follow through on what they say there going to do!!
Have always used several different service locations for my Nissans because of time and need. MORRIE’S always exceeds expectations and overall experience from counter manager to the service staff. Love the short up to date videos they send!

Had multiple fixes and repairs done. Quick service drove 7 hours after we picked up car. No problems at all. Dennis was so great too. Whole experience was awesome
