Always great customer service! Facilities, i.e., restrooms, need cleaning. The service that took my initial call & scheduled my appointment needs improvement. I had to call 3 times before I was transferred to the service department! One time I was disconnected after waiting about 5 minutes. The second time I was transferred to someone’s voicemail, and it wasn’t the service department!
My experience with salesman Nick was pleasant and he knew his product very well. He was very professional and he sold me a nice used car with low miles and a great price. On one of the worst bad weather days I took my car in for service. I had a oil change, tire rotation and they washed the car. They were very busy and I was in and out within less than an hour an a half.

Nissan of St. Charles is by far one of THE best dealerships I have ever worked with & the past two car-buying experiences have been with them! I went in looking to trade my current car for something bigger & newer, and Ryan helped me find the perfect car to match my budget and also all of my needs (unfortunately, I have "high-maintenance" taste (: ... so I've been told). They also had an amazing DEAL that I was fortunate to benefit from - Nissan gave me $5,000 towards my trade in car & also $1,000 towards a new down payment!
