I found Coyle online while shopping for a new 2016 Nissan Rouge. There weren't many left as the 2017 model is out and there were great discounts available for that reason. They were about the only dealership that had what I was looking for and were responsive to my inquiries about the vehicle. So, I drove about 85 miles to get the car and even though I got there rather late, they had the car prepped and ready to go. We got the deal done quickly and I was very impressed with the no nonsense approach by the dealership. It was a truly enjoyable experience.
I was a first time car buyer and I had a good idea of what I wanted. Originally looking for a used car but got a better deal on a new one. Rosalind was great and really helped me and my mom understand what I would be getting into. She was helpful, and thorough and I will be back for my next car.

We bought our first brand new car right off the showroom floor from this great dealership. Their kids room made the buying process so much easier with 2 little kiddos! Abu was great to work with and took his time showing us 3 different vehicles and moving each inside so we didn't have to deal with the rain. He was super knowledgeable about each product, all the options, and upgrades. The finance department made purchasing a breeze! Finally we had a dealership wanting to sell us a car rather than making us jump through hoops to get it! I will highly recommend Collins Nissan to any and everyone!!
After shopping slowly, conducting research....I settled on a 2015 Nissan Altima. The team at Collins made the shopping process one of the best I've ever experienced (in any type of retail environment). Taking deliver of the vehicle was very professional, organized, seamless....and fun. They made buying a new car enjoyable / exciting. Basically everything a consumer would want the process to be. I visited Collins Nissan a bit frustrated as I had just left a bad experience at another dealer earlier in the day. I met Sean at Collins who greated me with much enthusiasm and effort. He proffesionally walked me through the various options and explained the differences. He was extremely informed and helpful towards my new Rogue purchase. The real difference came when Sean allowed me to store the car for 2 months in anticipation of my daughters birthday. He never batted an eye and told me he was customer driven. We signed the papers which was seemless and away I went (without the car). 4 weeks later I called and Sean explained he had just got done running the engine a bit to assure a full charge on the battery. He/Collins did this as a result of proactive customer care! When it was time to pick up the car it was washed and looked great. Sean had offered a big red ribbon and it was already in the back seat. Bottom line this entire experience was flawless even though i through a few cure balls!. I could not be happier with the car- the dealershiop and my salesman. I will go to Collins first now.
We had such a great experience working with these guys! Sean and James were very knowledgeable guys in every aspect. We live in Goshen, Indiana 5 hours away from Louisville visiting our son and daughter inlaw. We decided to go look at vehicles stopped into collins got hooked up with Sean and James loved them, and the murano came home with a new vehicle! That should say it all! While at Collins Nissan for service on my Sentra I was talking with a Salesman named Sean. He showed a genuine interest in finding out if there was anything he could help me with. I had told him that I had been thinking about getting a new Sentra but was concerned the new motor would not have enough power for what I was looking for. Sean explained all the changes Nissan has made with the sentra and asked if I was willing to take one for a drive seeings how I was going to there for a little longer with my car in service. I fell in love with it and there was more power then I thought it would have. Long story short I left in a new car and couldn't be happier with the Sentra and the over all experience I had with Sean and Collins Nissan. I will be recommending him and the Collins Nissan to any one looking for a new car.
Bought a Mercury Sable back in 2010. I have had a great experience from day one Dave Feller was wonderful. no high preasure sales. I have my car serviced there every 5000 miles. Randy and his crew are the best. Best to call ahead for an appointment to keep the wait time down. I also use the shuttle service to take me home and pick me up.
Saw a used 2013 Murano on the internet and went and bought it from Cyril. Was what it said it was. Low miles perfect shape. Had a scatch on it and I came back and it was gone and out the door I was. Easy and painless. Thanks Nissan Collins.
I was shopping for a different make auto. Stopped to drive a new Murano, just to see what the car is like. Salesman was Jim Lenz, and General Manager was Tom Utterback. Both very pleasurable to work with. They gave me the numbers for both buying, and leasing. a new vehicle from them. Called a couple of days after I visited the dealership to see if I wanted to come back and get the vehicle for the weekend. THAT is a very good reason to give this dealership an opportunity if you are in the market for a new, or different vehicle.
I had the misfortune of experiencing car problems while out of town for work. I took my Chrysler Town & Country van to this dealership after finding a Technical Service Bulletin online for the problem I was having (engine misfire). They were extremely busy when I got there, but the Service Advisor Specialist, Taylor Alford, seemed genuinely interested in my plight. I had to leave the vehicle overnight and get a rental car to get back to Cleveland. Taylor made sure my van was looked at the following day and got back to me promptly with what it would take to get running correctly again. I was fully expecting the worse based on what I read in the TSB, but Taylor gave me great news and the repair was relatively inexpensive. It's nice to know that there are still honest people out there! I'm very happy with the service I received at this dealership and would recommend them to all in the Louisville area!
I bought a new Nissan Rogue from Coyle. My sales rep, Larry Wise, was professional and wasn't pushy at all! The manager and other staff members were friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Coyle for purchasing a Nissan.
I walked into Jeff Wyler weary after a poor experience at another local Honda dealership and was pleasantly surprised at the laid back atmosphere! I walked in looking for a nice used car and left with a brand new car! David was great to work with and respected my budget all while taking the time to compare numbers on multiple cars. David stayed late and took the time to show me all the features of the car and answer any questions. I’ve been a Nissan driver for the last 13 years and am excited to return back to the Honda world!
