We were there for hours because we weren???t exactly sure what we wanted, but they were all very patient with us and let us test drive many different vehicles until we were finally happy enough to settle on one. On one of the worst bad weather days I took my car in for service. I had a oil change, tire rotation and they washed the car. They were very busy and I was in and out within less than an hour an a half.
Sales guy was awesome, very helpful and answered all my questions period disappointed with the finance, I was quoted 6% and then when I sign the contract it was 7.9% which is very dishonest. When I expressed my concern I was told, well you were going to be somewhere around 6% which is not what I was told up front

I was not expecting to leave with a 2019 but I did! I came in with an loan that was upside down the whole time. But Maria came and scooped from the lot in the front although I was hesitant, she was a breath of fresh air as a sales person. I came expecting a 2017 or 2018 and left with a fresh toy out of the box. Thank you Maria!
My salesman was very helpful. He put himself out to get me the best deal he could possibly give to me. Even after the purchase he followed up to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Normally I love looking at cars but hate going through the buying process. This time the sales department and the finance department both worked well together and actually addressed my concerns instead of simply treating me like a faceless sale. I told the finance department that I was in a rush and they got me through the paperwork in twenty minutes, that had to be a record!
