I've used the service department several times and have been very pleased each time, though one time they changed my license name plate without my permission which did not make me happy.
Regarding their used car buyingnprocess, they have a good selection of cars but I found them to be OVERPRICED.
It was our first experience bought the car out of NY state. The process was smooth, the price was fair with great customer service and finance. We found many cars to choose in our first visit and down to Nissan Rogue 2018. Special thanks for Gerald Sales person who so patience and genuine showed us the best deal and kept us update till we finalize everything. It was awesome!! And we were pleased that Eddie, the finance manager able found us a best rate for our car loan. And thanks to Janet who did all final paperwork fast and through. We will recommend this dealership with no doubt. We wish our new car will last for years and we will have a great rides thru the years!
I was recently involved in a bad accident and needed help getting into a new car, especially since I owed on my car still. I could not believe how helpful Eddie the finance manager and Cort the owner were. This is the place to go! Wish i would have gone here the last time I was car shopping.
My experience with purchasing a used vehicle was the best. They were very cordial, friendly and professional. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. They have a great inventory of vehicles to choice from.
My first visit to Huntjngton Chevy (March 2018) was for a vehicle for my daughter. We worked with Mike Lindgren and he was awesome throughout the whole process. My daughter left with a new car lease on a Chevy Cruze. Second time at Huntington Chevy this year (in November) and again worked with Mike for a vehicle for my husband. He spent many hours working to get a vehicle for my husband that he would be able to afford and had all the features he needed/wanted. We left again with a vehicle, this time a 2016 Silverado Z71. Mike never made us feel that we were just another customer, rather a valued member of the Huntington Chevy family. I would highly recommend working with Mike as your salesman when you are in the market for a vehicle!
This dealership does what most marketers out there do so I was not very surprised. However, I felt uncomfortable, pressured and dominated by the sales team. In trying to inquire and gather relevant information pertaining to my purchase, the sales team expressed a feeling of time lost on their end; ???which means I was wasting their time and I needed to seal the deal ASAP???. I felt like I needed a day to make up my mind, but they got very angry at me and one of them spoke to me in a disrespectful manner and tone of voice, but I kept my cool. They also asked that I make a deposit if I needed to come the next day. I didn???t like the fact that I had to deposit any money on my first visit but I cooperated anyway because they had already projected guilt on me. If I were to rewind time, I wouldn???t visit this particular dealership. The good thing is they worked with me to fit my budget and they were able to accommodate some of my financial request. And oh, they gave me a slice of pizza too! Overall I would say this dealership is competent with paperwork and efficiency in their office work flow, but they need a lot of improvement in the way they speak to their clients.

Nissan City has fully lived up to its advertising claims – and the claims are far from modest. I’ve gotten two new cars from them over the years. I’ve either dealt directly with or met a number of their staff. They are honest, professional, and down to earth. There is no pressure to buy and purchasing is a straight forward and a pleasant experience. They don’t play games with numbers or your head. Their only trickery is to create a return customer out of you. The service department, particularly Service Adviser John, could not be more personable, knowledgeable, or conscientious. He treats you like you drive a Rolls, and the mechanics are the best. Steven Vazquez, now in charge of used vehicles, sold me my first new car and earned my respect for his honesty and integrity. Jonathan Morales assisted me in my most recent purchase of a new car and did a fantastic job. Kudos to management. Quality does not come easily.
We had the pleasure of working with Jose L. on a Saturday and he took SO much time working with us on car choice, the buying process, and ending our current lease with our current Altima (which we also purchased through Paul Miller Nissan). The facilities are SO much nicer now and Jose couldn't have been nicer to work with. He was calm, collected, knowledgeable, and really low pressure and helped us get a GREAT deal. His attention to us as customers, making us feel comfortable here (refreshments, etc.). He is awesome to work with and the dealership is fantastic.
I found a low cost lease deal for a 2014 Nissan Murano on their website. When I called I spoke to a sales manager, ("Aubrey") and she accepted my deposit to hold the vehicle. She referred me to a salesman named Jose Llanos. Jose was a gentleman from beginning to end and a pleasure to work with. There were no hidden fees, no attempts to raise the monthly payments, no high pressure tactics. The deal they advertised was the deal I received. I picked up my new Murano today and I could not be happier. This was the smoothest, most hassle free car buying/leasing experience I have ever had, and I have been buying or leasing cars for 30 years. When my lease is up, I will look forward to dealing with Miller Nissan again.
I had leased my last Nissan Rogue here and decided to speak with Steve about getting a new one now that my lease has ended. I cannot thank him enough for his professional approach to every aspect of the deal. I had shopped around the week before I came because i knew I had wanted to get my car from Baron again. I asked Steve to please give me his best price up front and to avoid the haggling. He immediately gave me the bottom line number (which truly was better than anyone else had mentioned). No games were played and the professionalism that was exhibited through the whole process made it such a pleasant experience. I normally do not write reviews, but this instance certainly merits the praise. I highly recommend Steve and baron Nissan! Thank you!

My experience was phenomenal! I have been leasing Nissans for about 25 years. This was my best experience! I found the salesman on this review page. I knew exactly what I wanted to lease! A 2018 Rgue Sv. We negotiated a price on the phone in minutes. All of the paperwork was completed by email and text. I arrived at Baron Nissan in the evening. The lease manager was straight forward and honest! I was given exactly the vehicle and terms that was discussed on the phone. Pierro Lisse was the kindest and most helpful car salesman that I ever dealt with. He will get my repeat business on all my future leases. I was in and out within one hour. That included setting my my favorite radio stations. Pierro even stayed to show me features on the car after the dealership had closed. My experience was a perfect 10. I recommend the dealership, lease manager and Pirro to everyone!
