I drove to the service department at Nissan of Mobile and was quickly greeted by Erik. He was friendly and got things rolling for an oil change & tire rotation. He made sure I understood how much I would pay. I had a prior arrangement for a ride to work, and I left. Erik called me when my Murano was ready, and followed up with an email that included an inspection list. After reviewing the list, I replied to his email requesting that they go ahead and replace my air filter. He responded back to me that they would, and if I didn’t need my vehicle right away, they would wash it for me. This was awesome! He called me again after everything was completed. He checked me out, and pulled my car around and thanked me for my business. Erik’s customer service was professional & friendly! Because of him, I will definitely return.
